The price was reasonable. The staff was very helpful and nice. The housekeepers works really hard at this property it's clean. At this property the water stays hot if you're a person that takes longer showers.

We didn't like two things about the breakfast. They need to change the waffle mix to another brand or they not mixing it right. It would have been good if they had bacon as a second meat option i don't eat sausage patties. The hotel needs a little interior maintenance. The ceiling in the hallways. We had a little area on the ceiling in the room that needed painting. The elevator was hot.

This Is a very nice Hotel. Plenty of lounge areas. The Indoor pool and hotel Is located Inside the hotel, like In an open lobby area so you must play and swim quietly. The hot breakfast was a plus. The check In process was fast and quick and they are nice. They also have a mini snack area for purchasing. No restaurants Inside but their Is a Dennys next door you can walk over to In a couple of seconds. Denny’s food was also fast and good. And a quick mart gas station also next door where you can walk over. This Is my 2nd staying here and each time I visit I always book with them at this location. Beds are super comfy and the room was extra clean.

I booked the hotel with a pool. The pool was broken and I was told that it has been broken for months. If I would have known that the pool was broken I would have booked somewhere else. The website should let people know if hotel’s facilities are not available. Also the elevators felt like they were going to brake every time we got on them. The free breakfast was not good with powder eggs, greasy sausage, and rotten apples.

Parking was very easy, airport was close, Uber served it very well too, supermarket was relatively close, HEB not too far either.

One morning found someone asleep on the stairwell the man behind the reception wasn’t interested at all, in fact he was quite rude. However everyone else was charming and I don’t want to tarnish them with the same brush so I’ve marked wverything top marks.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. Our room was clean and pretty comfortable.

All was well excepting the traffic noise even while wearing ear plugs and the thermostat in the room - it was set on 65 when we checked in. We bumped it up to 70 then went to our event. Upon return we discovered the room was still in the low 60s. Again, the temperature was bumped up on the wall to 72 and I used a bath towel for extra warmth on my bed. At apx 2am I bumped the thermostat up to 74 and went back to sleep. When we woke up the room was in the low 60s again and we were shivering trying to get dressed and ready to check out. It was only then my roommate thought to check the a/c unit itself. Someone had locked it set at 62!!! The wall thermostat was having no influence on it at all. So weird!

The location was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.

My husband checked us in and I met up with him later that evening. By then he was asleep and I noticed how loud the heating unit was everytime it went on. It sounded like a jet plane taking off every 15 minutes. I would have asked for a different room otherwise.

Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, When I had difficulty starting the washer to clean my clothes, the girl at the front desk was diligent to make sure I understood how it worked. I loved the outdoor pool. Room was quiet overnight. When i went to the front desk in the middle of the night for aspirin, they didn't sell any, the the man at the front desk offered me a couple.

I noticed shuttle vans in front of the main entrance, but they were not in service. Room was not cleaned everyday. I realize hotels are not giving daily room cleaning, but still.......... Breakfast offered hot food, waffles, but the buffet never changed-scrambled eggs and potato wedges-. For the prices I was paying, i felt breakfast could have had more variation from day to day. The convenience store in the hotel, didn't offer much besides food. Would have like to see bathroom items or over the counter medication

The location is great, as are the facilities.

I stayed in room 217 and I have done it in the same room several times and the carpet is broken, it is in bad condition, the TV does not work, the internet, I let them know so they could help me, the maintenance man said it was normal for the internet not to work well.

Maintenance in the room on the tub. They HAD TO HAVE KNOWN before we got there that the tub faucet was broken. Either that or the tub couldn’t have been cleaned with water! You couldn’t turn it on and the faucet handle fell off. Had to had key cards made 3 times and change to a second room.

Best King bed I have ever slept in. Pillows excellent too. Spic & Span clean. ADA bathroom and shower on first floor close to front desk much appreciated.

The airport shuttle doesn’t run until be 5 am.. we had a 5:20 am flight and had to call a LYFT car to make our flight. La Pinta needs to have on call transport which they could charge for but should have available. Even a reliable taxi service guests can hire would help.
