One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at Shampoo, body wash, lotion dispensers Breakfast was good, wish they had gravy though No waiting for elevators Coffee machines grind fresh coffee for you Room was big and AC worked great Pool and hot tub were open Would definitely stay again at the rate we got I was able to plugin the Xbox to the TV with ease Close to plenty of restaurants It was quiet at night

The staff weren't very nice when I called Their cancellation policies need to be better Their parking lot is big but still was very full at night and I had to park a little distant where the lighting was bad and there are no cameras luckily nothing happened but still took away from my peace of mind Could use more luggage carts I didn't like the $50 deposit but I did get it back 3 days after checking out

Even though, this pristine little IHG property is almost a year old, it still looks and smells quite new. I was really impressed by traditional/modernly decor throughout the property and in my room. I stayed in a two queen bed studio which was well appointed with sitting area with sofa, kitchen area that included a countertop, microwave, coffee maker, sink and a larger-than-a-mini refrigerator plus a small cute kitchen nook. The staff were extremely welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the property. It was obvious that the staff was proud of this Atwell property. Free parking nice within a hotel! Need I say more? The complimentary breakfast each morning plus the reasonably priced evening bites, beer and premade cocktails are definitely nice amenities! Location! Location! Location! Close to the Capitol and Airport.

It was difficult to regulate the heater’s temperature…it was either too hot or too cold. The linen on the beds are rather lightweight, sort of your winter line of linen. So, between not being able to find the room’s sweet spot of warmth, I reached for the extra blanket which I thought would be located in closet. No extra blanket.

Clean rooms. Spacious suites.

The staff at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming. I felt like we were a nuisance to the lady who checked us in based on how she interacted with us. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but my child brought it up once we were in our room. I would have loved to book elsewhere but it was late and we were tired after driving hours.

Very clean, updated, many amenities even though I didn’t get to use them all. Best stay in Austin so far.

Just wished the pool could stay open 1 more hour. Very understandable because they are right on line with other hotels. But exploring Austin all day in the heat and my bad back, this would be a luxury. But it is what it is.

It was super comfortable room, I reallyike the design and the space. Every time we needed help they were available and kind. The breakfast was really good.

The only issue was that we found a dead cockroach but they fix it immediately and offered to us to change room, btw all was super clean.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel and room were very clean. The beds were comfy and the room spacious. We enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back to stay here. We only had one night here this time and had to leave early in the morning so we did not get to try the breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive. After breakfast we asked for a iron and ironing board.

Left for the day and room was not cleaned. Towels were not replaced. Had to call back that night to ask for more towels and we were told room would be be cleaned at check out.

Hotel was really nice. I appreciated the airport shuttle & the location of the hotel. It was always clean, staff extra friendly & attentive. Breakfast was nice. The little convenience store inside was nice & prices weren't outrageous. Ubers to & from the hotel weren't very expensive.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how they constantly were checking up on us. Also the breakfast was great! The coffee machine and sparkling water were great! The room itself was very clean! Everything was excellent!

Double bed room and bathroom were spacious, clean and neat. Warm bath. Classic American breakfast but really tasty. Small drink and snack shop inside is a plus.

When arrived, most appliances were unplugged (TV, coffee maker, etc) and had to plug them back in. But that's it, everything else was great.
