We got there late and left before six in the morning so didn’t use any other service of the motel and only had contact when checking in.

The shuttle was great and took us to the international airport. However wee we’re flying on Alegesnt and had to find one of the policeman on duty to find out how to get to the south airport, wait at the airport and then get to Alligeant air. Fortunately we had arrived early enough to get it all done. Our fault that we didn’t ask before we went on the shuttle. Would the shuttle for the hotel take us to the south terminal?

The thoughtful, contemporary decor of the rooms was a real lift. Everything seemed clean and new. The bathroom and shower were well lit and spacious. I loved the breakfast: I’d much rather pay $10-12 for a delicious dish that I choose (I ordered sides of toast and avocado, and the price was reasonable) than have a free buffet of mass-produced items that I don’t want to eat. The staff was also friendly and attentive. I’ll stay at the Cambria again in a heartbeat if I need a hotel near the airport.

Hard to say: it was really an ideal stay.

Very convenient to the airport; really appreciated the very late-night shuttle service. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the hotel just has a great, friendly vibe. Breakfast was great--terrific brisket breakfast tacos! Not free, but reasonably priced for the quality. We were not planning an overnight but got stuck and made a late reservation--so the Cambria was a very pleasant, unexpected surprise. So much so that we are booking a stay at the Cambria in Portland, ME in September.

Not a lively or interesting part of the city, but if you want to be close to the airport ...

Location was awesome - less than 8 minutes to downtown area, very clean hotel overall, rooms very spacious. Had high expectations due to other great reviews, however this property exceeded my expectations. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. My mom sent a package to me as it was my birthday and the front desk called me to let me know they would send it up to my room. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Especially if you are traveling with kids/family/etc.

Nothing! Literally everything was amazing and everything was so clean so I was very happy.

The hotel is convenient for the airport and the bus into Austin. The room was a good size and the staff very helpful. They provided milk for tea and allowed a late check out. We didn't use the pool as the weather was awful.

The shuttle bus is only every 30 minutes which is a bit of a pain. The coffee machine was a bit of a waste of time. I do think hotels in Austin are expensive

I skipped breakfast the day I checked out. Even though I was on time, the server didn't bother to check if I needed anything. I tried to get her attention twice, but no luck. Ended up just grabbing a coffee to go instead. On the bright side, the coffee was fantastic. Hopefully, they can step up the customer service during breakfast hours.

The beds were a little too soft if you are someone like me and likes/or needs a medium or firmer mattress to sleep. My husband liked it but I don't like to completely sink into the mattress and it's hard on my back. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Clean modern comfortable quite hotel, unlike other stiff cookie-cutter plain airport-adjacent hotels. RJ at the front desk had me smiling from the time I walked in the door, until I booked my last minute shuttle to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in helping with anything I had questions about. VERY comfortable bed & modern serene vibe in the room. Very nice for the solo-reset I needed! The bathroom alone was wonderful at the end of a long touristy day & to get the day started, with it’s Bluetooth magic music mirror & roomy beautiful walk-in shower.

My only real complaint was the WiFi. I never could get it to connect for me on the 4th floor. The potential for a fun bar/restaurant/patio is there but wasn’t turned on. The patio looked like it could be a fun social space, the food at the Backstage bar/ restaurant was good enough, but the environment a little boring and quiet. I had hoped choosing a music-themed hotel in Austin would bring some actual music, but there was none here. Live music would make all the difference! Also, if staying for leisure, be ready to spend some money on ridesharing or a rental if not driving your personal vehicle. The sites to see were far enough away, taking an Uber got pricey.

This place has such a great vibe! The front desk staff and bartender were super friendly. The room was very modern, clean, comfortable, and quite. We loved the room darkening shade that covered the window completely.

The alarm clock was really bright, but we just put a towel over it to block out the light.

Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable beds and helpful staff. The bar was welcoming and we enjoyed good food from an adequate menu. We liked the bathroom, very modern, but the hot water took several minutes to come through to the shower (It was an early departture at 3.00 am)

Our only problem was that the AC in the room was VERY Noisy.
