I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. It was a virtually new property that was still in excellent condition. The property is a non-smoking establishment. Unlike a lot of other non-smoking properties that I have stayed at, this one obviously enforces their No smoking policy. I paid for a king “suit” with a pull out bed. The room was in excellent condition, clean and did not smell of cigarette smoke. My teenage son slept on the pull out and, for once, did not complain about the lack of comfort. In fact, he said that it was the most comfortable one he has slept on in a hotel. My wife went to breakfast and said that it was average for a free hotel breakfast. She also said that the staff was, “super sweet “. We stayed at this hotel for a concert at the Circuit of the Americas (Germania Amphitheater) which was about five miles away. I highly recommend this hotel, it is a really nice property with a really good group of staff.

The only thing I didn’t like the $25 a night parking fee that was added to our room charge.

Breakfast was awesome! Especially compared to other hotels like Tru, Home 2 Suites and Hilton Garden. Hot scrambled egg's, real sausage, bacon, waffles, french toast, tortilla's w/ salsa/cheese. The onsite restaurant was excellent. All staff members were great especially the staff at the restaurant and breakfast area. The pool was clean.

The parking situation sucked. It seems that more than 50% of the spaces are for "compact car". Therefore very tight parking. Come on people this is Texas. Trucks and SUV's out number cars 5 to 1! Also, parking is $15 per day. An important piece of info that is not stated when making the reservation. Last, and the reason we won't stay at this hotel again, the freakin water pressure in the shower is horrible. Zero excuses for poor water pressure because every hotel should have a boost pump system installed! When my wife can't correctly rinse here hair it is a BIG deal. Let me know when you get this fixed and maybe we'll come back.

Room furniture was comfortable and easy to adjust temperature via thermostat which was very responsive! I truly appreciate being able to sleep in a cool room. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable so we got a decent night sleep. Morning breakfast was a great combo/assortment of hot, cold and easy to pack some for travel.

I’d love to have real cream in the room for coffee and/or at least available in small cups from lobby/kitchen for use in in-room coffee. I prefer flavored liquid creams but dislike the artificial flavor of powdered creamer.

1. The bed was super comfy 2. Not loud even being so close to the airport 3. Fab breakfast in the morning (we got the grab and go at 4am, staff were lovely, and re stocking ++) 4. Shuttle was great, fast and we had a lovely driver Joey 5. Lovely vegan burger at the bar

Small detail - I couldn’t for the life of me work out how to close the shower door, felt like it was put on the wrong way?? Also, the shower wasn’t the cleanest it could have been but also wasn’t bad..

I like the location, close to the airport I like how clean everything was and how familiar the Staff was.

I didn’t like the parking I felt like the space were to narrow and not big enough for bigger cars like an SUV. My car was actually hit in the parking lot and when I told the individual they hit my car that said of well and drove off to find another parking. Not happy about this incident

Very clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with exceptionally good shuttle drivers. Good breakfast buffet. Varied snack menu/food in bar. Conveniently located for AUS airport.

The Hyatt I.T. (data server or staff training?) had extreme difficulty handling non-USA credit cards. Four out of our five cards were 'rejected' despite numerous attempts. We were concerned that all of them would be blocked by our respective banks for our entire vacation. However, all five were successfully used by us in the ensuing days (from 'mama/papa' coffee shops through to global car rental and hotel companies) without any issue at all.

Location was close to the airport and after a delayed flight and the time difference it was brilliant. New and clean hotel. Room was very spacious for 5 of us. The food in the restaurant was good and very nice friendly staff. Food was good value for money.

The reception staff on the evening we got there could have been happier in their welcome.

My flight was delayed and I needed a place to stay. It was between you and Hilton. The telephone reservation lines for both were absolutely horrible. Long wait times and outrageous price quotes. I then went on Booking.com and that is what sold me. I took the shuttle back to airport the next morning

The breakfast that was included was amazing. The host lady was the most friendly person I have encountered on my 4 week trip. She was so attentive. The breakfast included great options and was super fresh. The room was big and well kept.

There is a free shuttle from the airport, however, we had no idea. We had to pay $34 (flat fee) for a taxi for the 3min drive. Walking was not an option.

Excellent staff willing to help on all the issues concerning traveling to and from Austin. Free airport shuttle facilitate things a lot! Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious. Very relaxing common spaces where you can calmly wait for your flight. Definitely recommended!

Only a small suggestion for the future: shuttle driver could have an Whats App or other similar app to call him from airport using WiFi because calling from foreign number is very expensive. However, it is just a little improvement, all in all the hotel is perfect!
