Location was perfect for our needs. Very clean and the mattresses are actually extremely comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful with any needs you have.

Dining anywhere in the hotel is pretty pricey so be sure to budget but, that being said, it was all really good food and staff are excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a microwave in our room so there was no way to warm up any of the leftovers we didn’t want to waste due to cost of the food. Other rooms may or may not have them, but I don’t know.

I got the room on the 4th to watch the fireworks show. It was cancelled due to weather but managed to have a great time at the bar in the hotel.

My only thing is I thought the towels and robe would have been softer and better. I'm from a small town and don't usually go to hotels and was really looking forward to this trip. That's the only thing I wish was better. The staff the bed and location were amazing.

The attention of the staff is amazing, since the moment you get to the door, the valet and bellman, their service is great, I think Ravi is the name of the girl that help us with the check in, she was very nice, thank you, highly recommend to stay at this hotel! Everyone was kind, thanks to Nicole at the rooftop and Larry at the security too!

I did not want to leave, and I can't wait to go back! I loved this hotel. It has a Starbucks, restaurants that I immensely enjoyed (including a steakhouse), and bars. I loved my room -- the view, the comfortable bed and bedsheets, the shower, the bath products, the light fixtures in my room's bathroom. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

My friends and I came here for a girls trip. It was our first time in Austin so we were looking for somewhere convenient and nice. This hotel was amazing!!! The staff were friendly and so helpful. The bed might have been the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool was open until 11pm every night. There was a Starbucks IN the hotel. The location is pretty central to a lot of things. We were able to walk home from the bars every night.

We LOVED the roof top pool, the restaurant options, the spa, hotel, and the staff. So basically everything!

I would rather not pay for parking, but I was happy that we could come and go with the car without incurring extra expense.

Good location, I loved the pool area and restaurants down there. Very clean, excellent staff!

In the room bathroom the fans didn’t work, and smell a bad scent after going to the toilet with your partner was not nice. Even the shower door stayed a bit open.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, Dean's was fantastic. Hands down the best restaurant in a hotel I have been to and would go back to even if it's wasn't staying at the hotel

Selecting breakfast inclusion on Booking translates to an allowance that barely covers coffee. The lift noises in the room were excessive even if my room was nowhere near them.

The hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. I paid extra for a room with a view and it was awesome! The hotel had many amenities including a pool and 2-3 restaurants. Considering Austin is VERY hot, it's nice not to have to leave the hotel. The conference hall was on the second floor of the hotel, so that was nice. Would highly recommend!

I had to pay for WiFi, they made it look like there was no option for free WiFi. Later learned form a co-worker that if you signed in with your Bonvoy you can get free WiFi. Bummer. Further I'd like to add that the room service menu was rather disappointing. But what else is new.
