excellent location, excellent reception staff with lovely clean, modern room

Rooftop bar was not being run well by host with many tables not being cleared, and the host spent more time with fawning member of staff than dealing with guests, we stood for ages at the entrance with staff walking past us and n one asked if we wanted anything, we were just ignored. This guys attitude did not reflect the rest of the staff in the hotel Breakfast is in the downstairs restaurant but is not like the normal hotel buffet breakfast, also when Booking.com offer you breakfast at additional cost it is not explained that this is a voucher for 25USD pp so not fully inclusive as presented, this is probably more to do with Booking.com rather than teh hotel

Great location, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and functional. The pool area has a very nice view, and Zanzibar by the pool has a nice variety of lunch snacks. The gym has a variety of equipment for both weight training & cardio.

No minibar in most rooms, which is a minus. The drinks are a bit average. The pool is on a smaller side and not very suitable for swimming.

Staff very attentive. Nice view from the rooms. Bed comfortable (but honestly the pillows were awful).

Interesting room design. Anyone opening the door can see whoever is in the shower. Glass sliding door to the toilet was off the track and very difficult to slide closed (and open). Sliding door from opening into bedroom. What were you thinking? Who is the rocket scientist who came up with that? The sliding door could have been between the shower/toilet and the sink. There's a novel idea. Ice ONLY on the 7th floor? What else can you scrimp on? Pillows were dreadful. Some folks reported waiting for elevators for more than 15 minutes.

Location was great, clean facilities, very friendly staff.

For the price, it's disappointing to not have a fridge in the room. First hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one. We brough some fruit with us assuming that we'd have somewhere to keep it cold, had to throw it all away. Also, it's so strange that the bathrooms don't have doors or vents.

The room is very nice, and the view from the corner room was absolutely gorgeus. It is very nice to wake up and see the city from above.

The hotel allows to make a reservation with breakfast included, but the only thing they provide you, is a 25$ voucher to use in their restaurant, which is not enough to cover a basic meal.

We paid almost $400 for the room, for one night, breakfast and WiFi weren’t included in the price. I was ok about the breakfast, as we knew when booking and our options were limited (it was eclipse weekend). However, the charge of an extra $15 per day for WiFi made me think the whole package was unreasonable. Both WiFi and breakfast should have been included at that room price.

Close to stuff

The mandatory valet is $70, plus tax, plus tip. Seems it's for the ride to park your car and to bring it back to you sinc3 I was charged $160 for them to park my damn car. The room is small. Had a $50 breakfast voucher for Corrine, someone gave us coffee and then after 15min we left since no one came to take our order. So I paid $50 for 2 coffees.... the whole place is a rip off.

Superbly comfortable bed, nice room layout with many options for seating, and great lighting. The amenities are amazing - The lobby has plenty of spaces to chill, meet coworkers, and/or work; The fitness center is world-class with everything you'd need and want; Both the rooftop bar and lobby bar are outstanding.

The wifi situation was a bit frustrating -- I'm glad I was a Bonvoy member, otherwise they charge you a whopping $15/day for internet access. Other than that, everything was awesome.
