Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was nice nd clean. THe location was good for us since we wanted to spend the evening in a music bar around the corner. We had valet parking, which was necessary downtown Austin. We received bottles of water when we checked in. Very thoughtful.

Only the top roof pool was too crowded for us, by many kids and families. The pool was not that big and clear and luxuroius as I expected. The drinks there were served in plastic cups and expensive (It was very hot and we sat in the seating area with clothes on, due to a very crowded pool area). The Valet parking was wonderful but quite expensive ( No alternatives because downtown parking is expensive anyway)

Rooms always great beds are the best so comfortable and pillows are always so nice. Keep that up that’s what we love about The Westin.

Restaurant service needs help bad waiter and bartenders look at you but don’t come over unless you go to them when they clearly see you standing there. That was an issue a lot and we had 7 ppl I’m a great tipper but when you have bad service you don’t feel like tipping. However I’d never ever do that so they need to step there game up. It’s a beautiful restaurant/bar area better service is what’s lacking.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and the staff was very kind and professional. Pool area was lively. Unlimited complimentary bottle water. The location was great. Close to everything either in walking distance or a car ride.

It was a unique and fun place. The restaurant downstairs was pretty popular and great to grab a drink. It was so close to everything downtown, we walked mostly everywhere. It was so clean and the staff was super nice. There weee 4 of us to a room and it was plenty of space.

The pool was smaller than I expected, but still fun. It wasn’t over crowded when we were there.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and the decor was beautiful. Everything from the restaurant to the hotel management was extremely accommodating. Our family was well taken care of, and we had an amazing time.

It was well played, and very clean. The staff was very attentive.

Not their fault, it’s mine. The location was closer to sixth Street, which is great if you’re part of the young group.

There was just a small issue with the front desk asking for photo ID as the key did not work and all the photo ID was in the room. This happened with my husband on the day of our checkout.

The roof top pool and bar and room service was great

The fact my car got hit by someone in the parking garage and we didn't know till we were heading home and seen the damage and asked them what happened

The location was great. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.

I still wish you didn't have to ask to have your room cleaned, but I guess that's one of the benefits we lost with COVID.

The pool and bar on the rooftop were a welcome relief to the warm Austin sun.

Kept having to ask for coffee creamer and a few other things were not replaced when the room was serviced.
