No parking for guests - valet parking was expensive.

The hotel hit all the marks. Location, great value and a 20 on a scale of 10 staff. They were extremely well prepared for spring break in Austin. Definitely worth a try, if you haven’t tried this location. They did not have a pool on property. Austin does have public pools a few miles away if you’re traveling with family or young kids to enjoy the Barton Springs area. This is a great spot for under 30s. Under 45. And under 60. The state capital is a few blocks away. The area is extremely well police for safety of the residence and visitors alike. I loved the location and the spacious layout of the two-beds room room. The staff was friendly. There is a nice rooftop bar with a terrace and city view.

I originally booked a king-size bedroom. We were shocked by how small and tight the space was. We went downstairs to request a change of room, and thankfully, we were able to move to a two-bedroom room. The mattresses were uncomfortable, as they are when a mattress is old, and the springs have seen better days. I think it's time to change them. The only parking they have is valet. The $55/night valet parking was slow, and it was a big mess on one of the nights. There were not enough staff. One night, after 15 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to ask for help and was told to be patient. It wasn't until another 15 that somebody finally took our keys.

The room was modern, very comfortable and complete with all toiletries...including body lotion....and terrific hooded robes . The bedding was very comfortable and loved especially the nespresso coffee bar. Housekeeping was thorough.

The toilet paper holder was broken and my Booking.com confirmation stated that the room was 330 sf... it was maybe half that. The robe had a stain on the collar. I hope it was a stain and not that it hadn't been laundered.

Excellent location near the downtown but on a smaller street so it wasn’t too noisy, very friendly staff, stylish and up to date rooms, nice little amenities like Nespresso in the room and decent shampoo and conditioner

Our room was on the small side so our we needed to step over or around our luggage when we were in the room. This is a minor complaint though since the hotel is in such a great location that you shouldn’t be spending that much time in your room anyway.

Great location, great staff and bar. Rooftop area was inviting and the gym level was spacious as well. Very comfortable bed and large TV with casting from device ability. A/C was very fresh throughout and all areas of hotel were very clean and maintained.

Small lobby area with minimal seating. Mini-fridge needed to be defrosted, not cooling properly. THE ROBES ARE SO ROUGH. The room feels a little hard sometimes, maybe bring an optional fluffy throw or pillow.

The location of the Centric is excellent. Staff was very nice, and we were always greeted with a smile and positive comment. Accommodating there guests was the goal, a real pleasure for us. Food was very good and the bar a comfortable spot to hang. Overall, no negatives and a memorable experience.

Being able to text concierge was great (we asked for extra pillows and got them right away). Bed was SOOO comfortable, rooftop lounge was nice, location was perfect for our first-time visiting Austin. They also let us check-in early since our flight arrived in the morning!

It would have been amazing if they also had a pool and if our room had better storage options for our clothes.

The valet parking is too expensive. The parking/request app was used on checkout, but attendant failed to see the request causing a significant delay in retrieval of our vehicle. This was even after receiving a text from the app that our request for our vehicle was confirmed. Complained at the front desk. Response was “Oh that’s odd”!

26th floor, great view of Capitol building and UT campus. Breakfast was exceptional - great choices great service. Breakfast room very chilly, space heaters everywhere

No hot water first morning there. Took several phone calls and about 25 minutes to get hot water started. One functional elevator for entire 31 story hotel building. Long waits to get an elevator
