The bar staff, was very friendly and accommodating. The front staff, were all very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was comfortable. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the lobby & bar area.

The Crawford Bock ran out at the bar, no replacement keg available, One of the elevators was not working properly( would not go to upper floors, even when using the key card, thus having to wait for the other one. Texted the Valet@ 11:01 to get my car pulled around, as we were departing and checking out, after checking out around 11:20 and waited. Finally at 11:55, I walked up to one of the valets and asked, when the car would be coming, he apologized and said he did not see the text. I know they were busy, and I can appreciate, that it would take a bit, to get my car, so he did get right on it and brought the car around.

Fantastic staff. The hotel And pool were great and getting to the attractions was relative easy. People have previously commented on Some homeless people near the hotel but they were few and far between and caused no problem. It’s a big city ! The staff are exceptional especially the front desk thank you for looking after us so well

Slept very well Room 614. Was afraid bc line at Stubbs across the street threatened to be a noisy night but was not. Comfortable beds. Pelons next door not fast but good and value based.

Location. Even though only 3 blocks from Hilton, saw alot more homeless, mentally ill. actually crossed street in fear of a screaming bare breasted woman clad only in a diaper, throwing things in street. I guess thats everywhere. but that was the extreme we saw. one block from hotel

The valets were fantastic and probably helped us out more than anyone because of our needs re accessing our car. Major kudos to them.

You have to walk through a bit of a sketchy area of town to get to the main attractions and at night I didn’t feel super comfortable with that. We also were overlooking Cheer up Charlie’s and it was very loud until all hours of the night.

Big shout out to Ryan for looking after me and answering all my questions in relation to facilities and the area. Always a good start to a stay when you are a solo female traveller from England. And made my trip/stay special Thank you. Good location for bars, restaurants and the Capitol building. Nice, clean room. No issues with noise.

Good location; nice room

They put us in a room that looked onto a local bar which on a Thursday night was playing loud music that we could feel and hear. We had to call down to get a new room which they said to pack up and come downstairs and they would give us a room that wasn’t on the side next to the club. Why they would put someone in that room when they had others available makes no sense. They had to know this would be a problem. So we changed rooms at about 11 pm.

The hotel was nice and clean . Check in was easy. Our room was big and clean. We had a view of the city. It is close to 6th st. We went on a Tuesday so it was not loud and the pool was not full.

This is not the hotels fault but there is homeless people everywhere like laying in the middle of the st . Just a fyi when visiting downtown Austin

A nice no fuss hotel very spaciousand a big bed . The location is ideal for conference as it is a 10 minute walk to the convention center but be warned there a lot of homeless people around. They offer a free coke product upon arrival which was a nice touch.

The gym facilities - no machine worked (truly not a single treadmill or bike) And the pillows were very uncomfortable
