Everything was amazing, staff super friendly, great location!

We couldn't leave the parking garage without issues and it wasnt just us. Seems like everytime we would go to leave there was a line because it stopped working. One night they even had to call a man down to the parking garage in order to try and fix it. If you have tickets to any events going on its a real inconvenience

Undoubtedly the finest accommodation in Austin, Texas. The design is exquisite, with stunning rooms, and the security staff is both kind and approachable. Additionally, there's a charming Starbucks conveniently located within the hotel. The perfect location adds to the overall appeal.

Although the staff is helpful and presentable, I anticipate a heightened sense of urgency. A queue was rapidly forming, and only after I brought this matter to the receptionist's attention did they call in three additional colleagues to efficiently clear the line of people waiting to check in.

Clean rooms with a good view and very nice and helpful staff. Nice gym. Food options at the hotel were above average. Walking distance to 6th Street downtown for nightlife and the river!

Pool was under construction so it was loud and less aesthetically pleasing than expected. The pillows were flat but bed was comfortable.

The pool was nice and the views from the deck chairs were great! When you were in the pool there was a big wall blocking a lot of the views so you had to stay on one end to see the city.

The parking garage was small!!! I lived in NYC for 7 years so I have seen my share of small parking places and this was one of the worst then add peoples trucks! Also the parking elevator only brings you to the lobby then you have to walk through to the other elevators and then go up to the rooms.

staff is really nice, perfectly helpful. room is comfortable, beautiful. location is great. the food in the restaurants is excellent.

the wait for an elevator was sometimes too long.

The room had a gorgeous view of downtown Austin. The location was perfect for the reason we were there. It was walking distance to the venue for the concert we were attending, and super close to 6th street. We did not eat breakfast there, but we did have late night snacks at the restaurant downstairs which was delicious!

Nothing - it was wonderful! I will stay here again when I come to Austin and need to be in the downtown area! It was a great place to stay.

The property is beautiful and we had an excellent stay. The lovely woman at the front desk gave us a really high floor level room and we had some great views. The pool location on the rooftop was really cool but it was packed when we went. Not anybody’s fault though, it’s a great spot! Staff was very friendly, location is close to lots of restaurants and 6th street. Price was a little high but everything in Austin is!

Breakfast from the restaurant was overpriced and not that good. Then served in a box as not a good look for a $45 breakfast - 1/2 omelet, potatoes, toast and oatmeal.

Great location. Staff was wonderful. Beds were fantastic.

The water was extremely hot in the sink if the hot water is even slightly on. No free breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect, I was visiting for work at UT Austin which was close by. The hotel was also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. One staff member even gave me a water bottle when I asked where to purchase one nearby.
