My friends and I came here for a girls trip. It was our first time in Austin so we were looking for somewhere convenient and nice. This hotel was amazing!!! The staff were friendly and so helpful. The bed might have been the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool was open until 11pm every night. There was a Starbucks IN the hotel. The location is pretty central to a lot of things. We were able to walk home from the bars every night.

Good location, I loved the pool area and restaurants down there. Very clean, excellent staff!

In the room bathroom the fans didn’t work, and smell a bad scent after going to the toilet with your partner was not nice. Even the shower door stayed a bit open.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, Dean's was fantastic. Hands down the best restaurant in a hotel I have been to and would go back to even if it's wasn't staying at the hotel

The hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. I paid extra for a room with a view and it was awesome! The hotel had many amenities including a pool and 2-3 restaurants. Considering Austin is VERY hot, it's nice not to have to leave the hotel. The conference hall was on the second floor of the hotel, so that was nice. Would highly recommend!

I had to pay for WiFi, they made it look like there was no option for free WiFi. Later learned form a co-worker that if you signed in with your Bonvoy you can get free WiFi. Bummer. Further I'd like to add that the room service menu was rather disappointing. But what else is new.

For the price - a microwave and fridge should be included in the hotel rooms that are $350 -$450 night. Ice delivery took forever so I had to do it on my own and ask twice for the fridge which smelled horrible. Other than that it was fine.

Gorgeous place from top to bottom! The location is phenomenal. It was as a 5 minute walk to the convention center and easily accessible to the surrounding museums by scooter.

Nothing much to dislike. If anything, I would’ve liked if they listed the pricing in the spa menu available in room.

The bag men being pushy about a tip. I was going to give one anyone but he literally stood inside my room made me and my mom uncomfortable until he got a tip. Talk black guy with an accent

Great size rooms, friendly staff, fast check-in, valet parking. Lots of mirrors in the room - something that some hotels lack and can be a nightmare when there's more than two people trying to get ready.

Nothing - I couldn't fault the hotel at all. My only change would be adding a fridge to the hotel room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The staff struggled a bit with their check-in and check-out process, but were friendly throughout, which I greatly appreciated.

My biggest complaint was that they are building what looks like a parking garage next door and work 24/7. We had a room on the outside wall with a window to the construction. They were literally pouring concrete, grinding, and smoothing the surface all night long. It was very loud and we didn't really sleep at all. We are from a more rural area and used to work ending at a reasonable hour for everyone to sleep, so maybe this is just a big city thing. But the construction work will probably be going on for months yet so I would suggest requesting a room on the inside wall rather than with a window and view so that maybe the noise would be less.
