I was in Austin for a business trip. I was looking for a quiet and comfortable stay and this hotel was definitely perfect in this sense. There is construction nearby but I never heard any noise during my stay, and the bonus is that there is no traffic in the area. The front desk staff is excellent, they always helped me with all my requests. The room was spacious and spot clean. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within a block or two, it is very convenient if you need anything during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I didn't use the valet parking, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

For me this was not a big deal, but the pool and the fitness center are quite small. When I went, nobody was there and it was fine. I don't think you can swim in the pool because it looks quite shallow, it is more I guess for relaxing, but I didn't try it.

Super nice hotel, had a Starbucks and restaurant on ground level. Bed was very comfy (firm beds). Locations was a walk away from the comedy club we were attending on 6th street.

Water didn’t really get more than a like warm. Bathtub has a nasty spot that needs to be redone. Valet is pricy & the only option, we did overnight and walked where we need to go.

The property was comfortable! The elevators worked and were quite fast. The rooms and entire property stayed clean. I felt safe. The front staff was amazing. She was so kind to allow me to check in early. Held my bags during checkout (bec I was not leaving just yet). I was treated so well.

We did not have enough money to upgrade our room to sleep 4. We didn't even mention this to the staff. She saw our crew and the room size and gave us a room upgrade without us even asking. It made it our night so much more comfortable and we were all very thankful!

Great location! Just 2 blocks from 6th street. Nice lobby with lots of places to sit. It was very hot when we travelled to Austin. So, it was nice to have somewhere to sit and cool off. I loved that Starbucks was in building. Rooms were nice and spacious.

I didn’t get any breakfast with the hotel. The hotel was in good distance walking to every where near by. The front desk was nice.

The pillows were to soft. My neck is sore. Need better pillows.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was excellent. The interior is excellent since the remodel. Right next to the convention center. On-property Starbucks.

Hard to get a good seal on the shower curtain so water was often on the floor after a shower. The provided wall mount shampoo conditioner and bodywash are almost impossible to read which is which. I'll blame that on the provider for not using contrasting ink. Those are my only two, very minor beefs. Champions Sports Bar, the on-property restaurant is closed for remodeling. However I didn't see any evidence of any remodeling going on. such a shame .

Nice room size and nice TV and view of the city centre too.

That Starbucks was closed so early and theres only two tables there. Check in and out wait times were a little long.

Located in downtown Austin, super convenient. Walking distance from River and food. And 6th St, too.

The location was close to where I needed to go for my presentation. The room was clean and the wifi was excellent.

The valet service was much too slow to be so expensive. I don't know where they park the cars, but it needs to be closer to the hotel.
