I liked my room a lot it was very comfortable perfect size. Having sink, microwave & fridge were ideal. Bed and pillows were super comfy! The only thing that I didn't like was the noise level!! The one way street at night seems to turn into a race track and lots of street noise kept me up a lot. Special kudos to valet! DAYRA helped me a couple times. She was super helpful, professional, great attitude and always had a smile!!

I liked the large windows with beautiful views, the accessibility to downtown, 7/11 being close and cheaper than the hotel, Lime scooters were available close by, Lady Bird Lake is within walking distance! Everything that I did for this weekend was within walking distance, and I got to use a bike to ride around complementary of the hotel. Staff was friendly and Wi-Fi worked with my VPN.

The elevators were SLOOOOOW. It’s possible that it was due to a convention being in town and this one of the hotels that they offered on the website, but it felt like we were waiting forever! Even with 5 elevators you would think they’d be faster. Breakfast selection was limited. Bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, eggs, and oatmeal. I was expecting more but I guess in Austin they don’t eat meat because everybody is vegan. It was disappointing for sure. Also, the lighting inside the room was minimal and I could barely see without the window shade being open. AC was down to 65 and I woke up sweating twice. Water in shower was warm and not hot at all.

Fantastic breakfast - small but had all the things you'd want. Ample seating with enough space to work there as well. Really friendly staff. The room was clean and had the essentials. Great location & having Caroline's right downstairs was great.

Soundproofing isn't the greatest - we could sometimes hear noises from the hallway or nearby rooms, which was distracting while taking work meetings. But, not a big hassle.

Rooms were good. Atmosphere was great.

Homeless at front doors always and no pancakes for breakfast, so we had to eat at Caroline's, which was pricey when breakfast was included with the room, so this was a downer to spend money when we shouldn't have. Bacon one day was cooked crispy hard and turkey sausage a couple of days, which we don't eat.

Hotel was clean, convenient coffee shop on main floor and bar on 3rd, location was great.

I understand you have to pay for parking everywhere, but $55.00 per day is crazy, we found a parking garage 2 blocks over for $23.00 per day.

It is a really nice and modern hotel. The staff was really nice and very respectful. The breakfast was super cool and healthy, fresh and the restaurant was very confy. I wish the hotel had had a pool since the only places to wind down was the bar, which was extra if you wanted to drink something and the lobby, which was nice but not a place to relax per se. Also the parking was a bit of an issue since it is not included, even though there is a public parking just across the street it is better to just get the valet parking at the hotel, it is pricy though, about 50 usd per night. Other than that the hotel was really great, close to everything you'd want to see at downtown, you couldn't get closer to 6th st.

The parking was a bit pricy and there was no pool. I wish it had a bit more to do in the actual hotel, the billards was nice but you had to at least have a drink or something to be there since the staff, even though really nice and kind, kept coming to offer drinks or food and we ended up leaving since we just wanted to hang out adn play a bit in the billiards

I really like how clean the room was, and how spacious the bathroom was. I also liked that it had a microwave, mini refrigerator, silverware and sink to wash dishes. I liked how close it was to 6th street. I also really liked that breakfast is included, as I wake up early and am a big breakfast person.

The only down side to my room was that the blinds would not open and close.

The breakfast on Monday May 26th (Memorial Day) was pretty bad. There was only 1 guy doing EVERYTHING, several items for breakfast (spoons, coffee, fruits, etc) were missing and were not replaced.

Very clean appears to be newly remodeled The room was cleaned every day by housekeeping service. It had a refrigerator coffeemaker and microwave. Nice breakfast every morning

Location is excellent, room has a kitchenette, the restaurant downstairs was wonderful, staff was kind. There’s a 7-11 around the corner a few feet so you can grab snacks and water.

There’s no conditioner in the shower
