Location is excellent for downtown Austin. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety each morning.

AC was loud; however, they do provide ear plugs that can be found in the bedside table drawer. AC would sometimes shut off or not even reach the designated temperature. There's also nightclub right next door, and it's very loud as well. Parking is $35/day, but that's typical downtown prices. When I checked out, I asked for a bill and they said it would be emailed to me. I texted them and got no reply. I never got an itemized receipt. Elevator has no air flow and there would be wet footprints from the swimming pool. Also, be careful of the homeless activity around the area.

Location was great, the room was great we didn't eat the breakfast.. The staff was all very nice.

The first night we called about towels in our room and they said that they would bring some up, but they never did. The next morning we went downstairs and got some,, at first they said they didn't have any Also, the elevator on the right (two side by side) has a problem. The door only opens a little bit and you had to go in side ways to fit through the door. Other than those two things everything else was great!

Super close to the hospital for my mother’s appointment. The check in clerk was great! Quiet and comfortable room, nice pool area, good breakfast are and sweet breakfast staff.

I had called prior to our arrival requesting a handicap accessible room as it has become harder for my mother to move around and get in and out of the toileting area and shower. I can see they did try to accommodate her with something similar but it wasn’t necessarily easier for her to shower. Also paying extra to park in the parking garage is absolutely insane to me considering it is open to EVERYONE if they so choose to park in the garage because let’s be serious, no one is checking to make sure these parking spots are being used by actual guests.

Very friendly front desk staff; let us check in early. Breakfast (included in the rate) was fine; plenty to get going in the morning. Underground parking felt secure. Fitness room was clean and equipment in working order. Mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and TV in the room all worked well, and our room was very clean plus furnishings were all in good shape. We didn't experience any issues with noise but earplugs were thoughtfully provided, and we were there during the week. Noise might be an issue during the weekends.

We were charged twice for parking we'd pre-payed (but was cheerfully fixed by desk staff) and we've been home for over a week and are still waiting for refund on the damage deposit they apply to the tariff. It took a LONG time for the water in the shower to warm up, and it didn't warm at all on our last day. Having coffee available in the lobby 24/7 would have been nice - what's provided in the room is minimal - plus a microwave at the breakfast bar to heat up muffins and lukewarm items. $30 per night for parking is no fun but sort of standard for downtown hotels all over the country; some charge more that.

Rooms were nice and the breakfast was great. It was convenient for us to have the breakfast.

We had asked to have our room cleaned daily. It was not the first day so I asked again. It was cleaned the next day but not the next day after that. The problem with not having them clean our room is we did not have clean towels and most importantly we didn't have coffee:(

The location, especially for SXSW — it's close to the conference center and to several of the music venues. The staff is very helpful, the room is big and comfortable, good breakfast.

Room cleaning: they have never vacuumed the room and bathroom during our stay. Some coffee spills on the countertop have not been wiped. The air vent in the room brings all the noise from the music venues directly into the room. So, bring the best ear plugs you have.

Welcoming and very clean. Good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Location was great for me as I moved on by Flixbus which is only a block away. I was very lucky with the weather, which meant I enjoyed the spun trap of the hotel pool - a real bonus!

The other side of location is that there is vagrancy nearby.

I didn’t like the fact that the room didn’t have any bottled water, as it is customary to find in any hotel. We’ve stayed in much cheaper places and they do offer water and coffee in the room. When we asked for water at the front desk, they dryly said we could buy some from their little snack market, and it was overpriced.

My room was clean. The pillows and linens were great, which, of course, enhances anyone's stay. There was a young man at the front desk that night that assisted me in having a meal delivered to my room. I really really appreciated his willingness to facilitate that delivery. The location I'd probably the biggest draw to guests and me. The facility was nice. Breakfast was good. I am always relieved to see a mini-fridge to cool a few beverages.

They have a cooling system that is a bit annoying. I wasn't overly bothered by it but it is loud. My room didn't have a view. I got a concrete wall instead. If I stay again, I'd love to enjoy the wonderful sight and lights of Austin after dark. Parking was expensive, confusing, and marked with Valet Only signs. I didn't see one valet. Nor did i see any handicapped parking. As a disabled person, I struggled and wandered, dragging my luggage. I wish I had a cart or valet or some guidance on where I COULD park.

Breakfast and the breakfast staff were excellent. Lina and Anna were great every morning. My check in was excellent as well. I am sorry I forgot the young guys name. All staff at the hotel were excellent! Would stay there again simply for staff.

My window had a film on it and was hard to see out.
