Loved the location. Walking distance to the Capital and right on 6th street. Easy for walking to have food and drinks.

I dont travel to big cities much, so I wasn't aware that when valet came to us, they welcomed us and helped unload the car but it was around 70 a night for them to park our car. After speaking to the front desk, the only other option for parking was somewhere in a public parking space in the city. So it was convenient, but it seemed pricy for parking one night.

The location was exceptional. The cleanliness was only acceptable. The experience with staff was, also, exceptional.

It could have been cleaner. The room was a bit cramped for four adults. The $67 per day charge for valet parking was beyond expensive. Some of that expense should have been underwritten by the cost of the room. The valet staff, however, were responsive, friendly, efficient and eager to make the experience a pleasant one.

Our stay was amazing! We literally booked this hotel 5 minutes before our arrival due to our original hotel not being up to par. The room was ready when we arrived and we were even upgraded per Alexander who is AWESOME!! All the staff was really great and helpful. The breakfast on the 18th floor is great, too. Room was clean and housekeeping came in every day to freshen everything up for us! Valet was super quick. I would stay here again for sure!! Thank you for keeping our vacation great!

I wish the pool was bigger or rooftop…not really a dealbreaker for us though. Location is great, just be mindful when walking around as in any other big city!

breakfast/Dinner at the 18th over Austin was insulting. we went in there to eat dinner and it was completely empty, giving the impression this was not a good place to eat. The prices for the breakfast was way to high for what you get. once again when I went in there it was once again had nobody in there and I seen the prices ($45.00 for both of us to eat there) and knew why it was empty.my wife and I walked 10 mins to IHOP and ate the same breakfast you offer for $19.95 per person for total of $23.00 for the both of us. I’m extremely doubtful that we will stay there again… just wasn’t impressed with the hotel

You charged my card $150 for "incidentals" but then charged extra for a "Hot" breakfast separately. Also I originally ordered a continental breakfast but did not understand that there was a "Continental Breakfast Buffet" and a "Hot Breakfast Buffet" like anyone is going to realize the difference. (There are a ton of Motel 6's that have both hot and cold stuff for NO extra free). Basically I got charged twice for breakfast, and I have yet to have my "incidentals" charge returned.

Before my stay staff member Sammy was amazing over the phone & went beyond meeting my needs for this stay alone. Upon arriving Gloria was who attended me & was excellent as well. Will be staying there every time I shall visit Austin.

Staff was great. Check in/out was quick and effortless. Big bed, multiple lamps and chairs.

The pool was out of service. I know it's likely out of staff control but having a pool was the main reason I booked this location.

Loved the location and atmosphere, rooms were exceptional and quite a plus! Staff were super helpful and friendly, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions another huge plus !

Excellent manager who helped me out with my multiple reservation issues. Easily accessible to everywhere. The gym was good. The food in the 18th floor restaurant was pretty good. The room was perfect.

Obviously the homeless issue around the property is an issue. Other than that it met my needs.

Staff was extremely friendly ! Beds beyond comfortable & our view of the city was spectacular ! Location was perfect for walking everywhere. Keep up the great work !!

Parking was challenging, but having the valet option was nice.
