It was a great place to stay! The room was clean!

1) The streets are populated with individuals experiencing homelessness. 2) During our two-night stay, housekeeping was not provided. I requested it, and they assured me they would take care of it, but they forgot.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Dale and Eli should be giving lessons to other customer services professionals. They really made you feel special. The hotel is clean overall, particularly the communal areas, and the room I had was spacious.

There were some annoying features. The heating unit was exceptionally loud - in the bedroom! The heat only blasted out in the bedroom - as it was 16 degrees we did have the heating on so made it unbearable. There is no safety deposit box in the room. The breakfast choices were very limited.

Great place! The room is very spacious and so smartly designed! There is lots of space for everything you need to store; and good power outlet structures. There is a big desk with a great office chair to do some work. It felt like a perfect studio apartment, not like a hotel. The staff was outstanding in terms of friendliness and hospitality. Breakfast was very good.

A couple of things were a tiny bit off: The windows in the room could not be opened. Airflow was all controlled via air conditioning. That will not be happy-making for air quality-conscious people. Also, the neighborhood felt a bit offsite. You need to figure out the best walking strategy into downtown to avoid the homeless corners. There is a nightclub close by - I think I got lucky, my room was to the opposite side and they stopped at midnight but this created noise for probably everyone in the hotel...

Location was a very easy walk into Downtown Austin giving access to the landmarks, entertainment and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, hot dishes, fresh fruit and of course coffee. The staff were very helpful and supportive (I had my fight cancelled due to the Heathrow fire) providing a complementary late check out, bag hold and use of the lobby facilities until it was time to go to the airport. The room was clean, large and comfortable.

Whilst not a problem for me, it is worth noting that the hotel is located close to East 6th Street (the music and entertainment centre for Austin) and you can hear the music. The hotel is aware and will provide complementary earplugs if needed.

Very Nice Hotel Very Clean Very Pleasant and amenable staff, Alyssa very politely gave us the unfortunate news that our preferred room selection was not available and upgraded us to one with a very nice view as well as giving us a credit on the room, so we could enjoy some snacks, and the remainder that we did not use was discounted on our final Price. Now that is excellent customer service!!!

Our Preferred room was not available, but they did upgrade us Bedroom window had a blemish which blocked the great view The delicious sausage links are only served every other day. It alternates with gross vegan sausage patties (ok I admit that is preference, I am really reaching trying to find negatives with this place) Bed could have been replaced, losing support but still comfortable

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for 6th street fun, the hotel did have a variety of breakfast, and was clean for the most part.

I did not like that the area had leaking water from the ceiling tiles, while getting breakfast. The bathroom had chipped paint and walls. our toilet moved when you sat and got up. The rooms are very plain and echos. If you are going there to swim bad idea the pool is a small, small square. I also feel that all the charges should be included and knows that your card will be debited as soon as you get there. ROOM + DEPOSIT.

We thoroughly loved our stay here- clean, spacious, delicious complimentary breakfast, the amazing hospitality from staff especially Sergio at front desk, the gym and pool (also has self laundry facilities)

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the location- we didn’t find it very comfortable or safe to walk downtown so we had to uber everywhere. Also for a family with young kids we thought we’d be better situated closer to the 2nd Street.

The hotel, room & staff were great! The breakfast had a lot of selections & all that I ate tasted good. Hotel is right downtown & just a few blocks from the parking garages for the UT stadium. Valet hotel parking was quick. Also, we were pressed for time for dinner, so we ate in the hotel bar. That food was good, as well.

We had partying (live music, etc.) noise coming in a vent in the kitchen area of our room. We're not sure where it was coming from, but it lasted until early morning hours. We were on the 7th floor, and there was only 1 floor above us, so maybe it came from the floor above. I don't know. Other than that, the only thing we didn't like was there was SO much traffic, because there was a UT game the night we stayed.

Checked in. Did not have card that room was paid on but put my own card down with the lady on reception who was a great help. Once checked in went to bar and stayed with the bar staff for an hour or so. Very nice to talk to as we all shared experiences about where we had been and what we had done. Checked out following morning. Again different lady on reception but she helped me pay for the room with the card it was booked on. The only issue is that HYATT still have my card as pending which I have emailed the hotel to cancel. Great location. Great stay.

We stayed in the Two Queens w/ Den room, and we really enjoyed the extra space. Having the flat screen on a swivel between the den and the beds is an excellent feature. The location to downtown was perfect. We could walk to the majority of things we wanted to do.

The bathroom sink drained a little slow, but was manageable. Our room overlooked the music venue at the backside of the hotel so Friday & Saturday nights were a bit loud with the music. Luckily, I could sleep through it but my travel buddy struggled a bit.
