Our room was a premier king with lake view it was great plenty of room with a small sofa and table chair View was stunning, room service excellent and maid service exceptional with turn down service. Staff all amazing and went above and beyond.

Spa could definitely be better. Separate steam rooms in locker room. not great for couple trips. Pool not in use over Christmas as I’ve rink over it. No indoor pool Or jacuzzi. The relaxation room was nice, small but I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Customer service is unparalleled at the Four Seasons. They will go well beyond what is expected to fulfill your needs.

Everything is costly at the Four Seasons, but service like that doesn't come cheap. The TVs in the rooms are outdated, I feel, and could use a modern replacement.

Our absolute favorite experience in Austin has been excellent from the moment we pulled up until the moment we checked out. The accommodation included a balcony with a view of the lake and the city, which was the ideal place to have a drink at night and your morning coffee. Thanksgiving dinner at Ciclo was the best, and the wait staff was outstanding (Isabelle, Zoe, Joe, and TJ), to name a few. The bar "Live Oak" beverages were excellent, and we enjoyed getting to know everyone. If you're traveling to Austin, you owe it to yourself to book a room at The Four Seasons, the city's top downtown hotel. Anytime we visit Austin, we will always stay at the Four Seasons.

It rained

Great location, good ambience and a great bar. The staff at the restaurant really helped with my wife's allergies and the food was spot on The suite was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable

The robes had make up on them - so I asked for them to be replaced. They were promptly replaced; but for this price, disappointing that there were dirty-ish robes left in the bathroom on hooks. Also, the shower was terrible! The room was nice and the property was a wonderful venue. Super location. However, a good shower is critical!!! I've had better showers in a Hampton Inn... disappointing for the price. I actually took a shower after my massage in the spa because the shower was much better there than the room...
