From the moment we checked in with Andrea, she was great. Andrea was very welcoming, always smiling and very polite. She was very informative about all the amenities Wyndham had to offer. We were so happy to get a room on the 19th floor with a balcony. It was a perfect view overlooking beautiful downtown Austin. The room was perfect. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And the rooms were very quiet. Couldn't hear any of the other guests. Even the parking was great. And the check out, was a breeze with Deja, she was very nice and polite as well. When we come back to Austin we will definitely be booking with Club Wyndham Austin again. I'd have to say this was the best hotel experience that we've ever had.

Very comfortable bed, clean and quiet room with lovely views. The location was ideal for us too.

The timeshare staff. I genuinely had never heard of this concept until reading reviews in detail after I booked. This actually gave me a bit of anxiety about checking in after a 20 hour day of travel. I read reviews about just avoiding them, as you don't need anything from them. But a very aggressive woman told me I HAD to talk to one of her sales staff, as they chased me down to the lift. The timeshare lady was actually very nice and appreciated I wasn't interested, she gave me a wrist band (that you don't need) and sent me on my way. It was her boss that appeared to be very pushy. After that, they don't bother you again.

We arrived for our honeymoon and had a slight upgrade with a balcony- thank you Margaret, I also received a hamper bag with face masks etc in. Pool was lovely and one day had free beers and nachos. Wasn’t too far from 6tb st. Clean and spacious. Also trendy hotel.

Although the staff were lovely. We had just had a 10 hour flight so really wanted to get to our room- the check in was slightly too long then the concierge asked us questions for another 10 mins. We were very tired so could of done without that.

Everything was clean and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. All of the staff at the front were super nice. Would definitely stay there again on a pleasure trip. The backyard area was pretty neat as well.

The only thing was that we had a window view to the jail located in the back of the property and the back parking lot. But at night it was still a pretty view of all the other buildings lit up and we could still see the top of the State Capitol.

Humongous! Loved everything about the room. Kitchen had everything one would need. They even brought up a bag of ice so we could start day drinking. 😉 Pool was awesome. Lots of room for many to hang out. We didn't play any indoor/outdoor games, but awesome that they are available. Thanks for the mimosas & Texas shaped waffles with toppings on Sunday. Cool that the front desk/housekeeping was available via text.

The concierge took a few minutes when all we wanted to do is get to the room & use the facilities. I had assumed the pool was rooftop...it's on the 10th floor...nonetheless awesome views.

Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

Lobby is very dated and word out. Only two elevators for a big building. Staff closed the pool for a storm and left it closed for many hours after the storm passed and the sun was out.

The apartment was basically a one bedroom flat, with full kitchen and washer and dryer. (I had ordered a studio, though, apparently, which is exact same layout as the one-bedroom, but without a door to the bedroom. They graciously upgraded us to a one-bedroom). Location is awesome. Parking garage is well appreciated, though expensive. Cool infinity pool with a view on downtown.

Not much... But the fact that there are only two elevators is an issue. Long waits. But I guess there is not much they can do. Would have loved a little more shampoo/conditioner.

After the checkin, they were trying to force you to join their timeshare experience. It was totally a scam and the whole experience was overwhelming when a person was trying to convince us that we should go to their free breakfast but it was more like wasting your 90mins while getting a lecture on why you should invest on their timeshare

When I checked in at the hotel, they charged $70 for parking, but the hotel staff said they would wave $70, so they had to hold on to $40 until it was waved, so I told them to do that, but when I looked at the bill later, I saw that the hotel parking fee was $70. I took it as is and took another 40 dollars. So now I have notified my credit card company not to pay the $40. This hotel is incredible.

Good location for walking around the downtown, Congress, Bat bridge, Zilker, 6th Street clubs and restaurants. There is grocery in 8 min walking. Basically you can leave the car in garage and enjoy cool places in 10-20 min walking. Very nice roof top pool with downtown view, chilling spaces and games for kids in the hall. Studio and the kitchen well equipped. Very helpful concierge with with recommendations for current events. Enjoyed staying there.
