It looked and smelled clean. Rooms were quite spacious as well. The attendants at the front desk were overall quite helpful.

I did not like that because I paid for my room in advance that when I checked in the gentleman charged me an additional $10 for any incidentals I which he said I would get back at the end of my stay. Now, I’m wonder how long will I have to wait to get it back for about a week when it was taken out instantly from my account. As it relates to breakfast, we would have preferred real cracked eggs and not the powder form for what the cost of the room were per night.

Staff always went put of the way for guests. We had an early pickup to the airport and without a word the scrambled to get coffee to us without being asked.

Fuse was probably tripped in the fitness center leaving all equipment unpowered for the duration of our stay.

Breakfast was good; there was variety. The location was not as close to the event we attended as I would have liked, but it was easy to get to. The front desk was responsive.

Not sure if the hotel was undergoing some updates, but the heater in the first room we were assigned didn't work. The front desk attendant checked the unit, then moved us to another room. That room was missing a piece of furniture (ottoman or something that the first room had); however, the room was sufficient.

There are some rebuilding and renovation going on during my stay. I think this was the reason why they gave me a room on the HW side. The room itself is big comfortable and everything works well. Breakfast the standard Holiday Inn, good to start the day.

They gave me a room on the HW side. It was a bit noicy, especialyy if one stays for 5 days. I've been asking for a quiet room 5 days aheady of my arrival!

Really good breakfast! Bed was super comfortable, and excellent selection of channels.

Upon arrival front desk told me my reservation was canceled 😞 they changed it, which I'm super grateful, we were traveling with our four children and arrived at 6am after driving for 8hrs.

The location is close to downtown, but not in a crowded area. (Not too many people or too much traffic) It’s close to shops and fun, plus there’s a great walking trail 1/4 mile from there.

Breakfast is so delicious, love it !

The only i didn't like was my bed very uncomfortable and I could feel the wires on my buttocks :( I was in a room with 2 beds. Not very happy this time.

The manager was extremely helpful in finding places to eat. Other desk staff was welcoming and generous, as was the kitchen staff. Her room was clean

Away from almost everything except traffic and a very nice hiking trail

We love staying here when we visit Austin. It is super clean. Beds are very comfortable. We also love the complementary breakfast.

My room smelled like cigarrettes and my bed was very old i think. I could feel the wires and had a hole in the middle.
