For the price, the location is one of the best to stay in South Austin. Chipotle is across the street, with easy access off and on the main road. No parking overnight fee, next to S Congress and S Lamar. By a bank with ATMs. The area feels safe in general with easy access to everything you’d want to do. I35 is right off the main road to go deeper into central Austin, or take Lamar/Congress all the way up.

No issues with anything. Frontside parking is a little lacking if you come back late but the walk from behind the building to the front is not bad and feels safe.

Everything here was wonderful so wonderful that I stayed more nights then I originally planned. I would deffently stay here again highly recommend. Room was clean, tv was big, bed was comfortable, shower was luxurious, A/C was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was also very convenient.

Nothing here was a miss. If I had to nitpick something the carpet on the first floor was a little dirty from all the heavy traffic in and out from the lobby but that's all I can think of.

Expect a basic clean hotel with a morning breakfast and that is what I got. Predictable and a good value for the money.

Booking dot com - impossible for me to change my check in to one day later on a 4 day reservation. Booking hides their customer service telephone #. Tried to do it online then but they wouldnt budge. What if it was an emergency change.

Close to places I needed to visit

No stopper for the bathtub No hand rail inside the shower, was a rail for the bathtub, but not inside when taking a shower. Bath towels were not soft, scratchy.

My stay was clean,comfortable and cozy and i loved that this location was 10mins away from our event!

I didnt like that there was only one towel in the room ,so i had to call and ask for more towels the day i arrived!

The staff were great, room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient to restaurants and my work location.

Rate was a little high, though it was a last minute booking, due to a schedule change on my end.

Nice area . Easy to get on the highway/freeways close to the airport . The breakfasts were good . Good for working in the area where the restaurants were in the same block

The bathtub was real slick . Needs a bath mat or those strips on the bottom of tub

Was not expecting the hotel to be in the middle of renovations but did not interfere with my stay, and was very satisfied with it.

I didn’t like how old the bathroom was, it’s not bad at ALL I’m just used to booking rooms with really nice bathrooms it’s a big deal to me. Other than that I don’t have any other issues.

A pretty standard Holiday Inn, room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful if a little busy. Located very conveniently in South Austin. Pretty much all our Uber trips were <$10.
