I enjoyed the breakfast. They told us it was Continental but it was a nice surprise to see it was a hot breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, pancakes, fruit, the works. There was a lot of seating and the food was replenished quickly. Everything was clean and fresh. The food was delicious, properly seasoned but there was other seasoning available for those who wanted to add more. Coffee, tea and juices were also available. Definitely recommend.

The pool was not heated but at least the hot tub was warm. Not hot like usual but warmer than the swimming pool.

The complimentary breakfast included chocolate milk straight from the pitcher and that alone was 6 stars. But really, you are not going to get a better bang for your buck and the rooms are fantastic. Shoutout to Sai for excellent customer service and friendliness upon check in and check out.

A little bit further from the downtown area than I originally thought….but this is also my first time in TX and I didn’t (fully) realize the massiveness of this state.

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the outskirts of Austin, especially around Lake Travis. The area is beautiful and lively, with plenty of great restaurants and live music venues nearby — perfect for a relaxed local experience. While the accommodation was comfortable and the location charming, the price felt a bit high considering it’s about a 25-minute drive from downtown Austin. Still, a solid option for travelers looking to enjoy a more tranquil, scenic side of the city.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was roomy and clean.

I waited for over an hour for the shuttle to get to the hotel. Finally, another driver from another hotel got me and others ride to the hotel from a nearby hotel. The phone number for the hotel on the reservation, no one answered when I was attempting to get an update on the shuttle. I was then told to call a different hotel to get a response. It was rather difficult.

I liked that it was easy to find. The hotel was clean and pretty. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The toilets are WAY too low to the ground. My husband and I both had trouble sitting on it and getting back up. Sounds silly but our knees weren’t happy. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Our daughter was with us and she is special needs. She’s afraid of the dark so we usually leave the bathroom light on and pull the door almost closed so she can have a little bit of light. The tiny “night light” where the light switches are is ridiculous. Also, the bottom of the bathroom door needs to be sanded down and repainted. It looked raggedy.

Excellent location, excellent parking, excellent breakfast, huge rooms, high ceilings, hot tub and pool facing the nature preserve is very nice and cozy vibe.

I thought the mattress was too hard but that may be another person's preference. There were some things that need a little maintenance. That I noticed had not been addressed since my last stay in Nov 2023. An example of this was the cracked tiles in several places in the elevator. Also, just replacing the furniture that has tears and carpet that is worn down. This is a great place and it's the little things that bring it down when it's not maintained properly.

I was moving and awaiting my new place to close. The best feature for these tired aching bones after a move, the jetted spa and pool! Lol! I had the whole pool and spa all to myself! Ahhh relaxation! But seriously, the hotel's location was perfect! Hot breakfast was satisfying and the staff was on-point , friendly and professional. I will recommend friends and family to stay at this location. Thanks for the few days of peace during a chaotic time of moving!

The location was perfect for me, as I was planning to do an open water swim the next morning with a group at a location 16 minutes' drive away. The hotel was a little tricky to find. The building looked very nice, there was a beautiful view from my window, and the pool and trail outside looked good too, though I didn't have time to explore either. Some of the breakfast I liked (the biscuits, sausage, cranberry juice and coffee). Except for a child's crying late at night for a short while (which could happen anywhere), it was pretty quiet and comfortable. If I come back to the area for more open water swims, I will probably stay here again.

The coffeemaker in the room didn't work. The eggs that I got for breakfast were over salted. There were many cable channels, but none showing the Houston Astros game that was on that night (the only thing I wanted to watch). Little things...

The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants & grocery stores. It's also about 11 minutes away from the Lakeline Mall. Perfect spot for families. The hot continental breakfast was fresh. I liked how I was able to request a crib for my 7 month old while booking the reservation, and it was ready upon check-in. The crib linen came in a bag with a note that said it was sanitized. This was our second time staying here, & it won't be the last!

Well organized, spotless, friendly staff, and a good breakfast to start the day. The room was considerably spacious and so comfortable! The surroundings were quiet, as well.

The alarm of the room next door rang around 5.30am and it seemed like nobody was there, so it kept ringing for a long time. Apart from that, great!
