We enjoyed the entire experience. Everyone was friendly and it was just a beautiful place.

The sign in the bathroom says that towels and sheets are changed everyday, but they were not. We had to ask several times for someone to do that. Desk staff on Saturday said that it wasn't their policy to change everyday, though I told him that's what the sign said.

Very nice hotel modern, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the pool which was never busy. Room was quiet and well laid out had everything we needed. Very close to Dell Diamond so we walked over two nights to watch the Round Rock Express win the fireworks were fantastic. Great restaurants within walking distance 2-10 minutes also an indoor water park across the road.

Staff is always amazing. I arrived late to get breakfast on Christmas day, I asked what time breakfast began and realized I was really late as I was getting coffee the lady cleaning asked if I wanted to get cereal or yogurt. This was one of the reasons we stay at this hotel. She didn't have to be hospitable. On the day we checked out i forgot a bag of shoes. The manager shipped them overnight. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff maintained the cleanliness of the buffet area throughout breakfast time. The hotel was incredibly clean. Otherwise, everything was great! Good value for the money, VERY clean, and walking distance to Round Rock Express and nearby sports bars.

There was some sort of loud air conditioning unit that made a high-pitched whistling noise all night. That drove us crazy. Also, the shower leaked profusely.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I believe Rich is the manager. Rich is an asset to this business. Even the maid I spoke with was very friendly. If I need to stay in Round Rock in the future, I will use this "Home away from Home".

The only thing I can whine about is the shower curtain was not long enough and there was not any beer in the frig.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast could not have been better! The room was clean and well maintained. It was the best LQ I have stayed in for quite some time.

The air conditioner in the room. I would like to have been able to have the fan running on low at night to help drown out the noise (my room was near the pool area), and also have the air conditioner on about 75 degrees or so. However, I had to make a choice between having the fan on, or the air conditioner (cooling option) on. I had to keep getting up and switching between the two options.

It was a pleasant surprise to find this excellent hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms, a very nice shower, and a great breakfast included. This would be at the top of my list to stay here when I am in this area again; they have it down so well here! I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!

went for one night to attend funeral but service was cancelled due to ice on roads. I was forced to extend my stay for an extra night and your staff was very accomodating.

breakfast ended at 9 am instead of 10am. sleeping late is not an option. People use hotels for other purposes like rest and not just business that get up early

Bright floor plan. I loved the breakfast variety. And the cleanliness is great but there was a must odor in 4rth floor. And the lotions in bathroom were half used. Otherwise I got a 20% coupon for Kalahari so that was EXCELLENT ;))

New hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Despite being right off the highway,the room was quiet and managed a good nights rest.

While 6am breakfast is great for some, a lot of workers in the area need to be on the road by then. Not a complaint, enjoyed the breakfast, which had good hot and cold options, just ended up being late.
