The hotel staff was amazing, and they offered all the things that are very helpful when traveling with family. The hotel had great breakfast and helped with any questions or concerns we had.

The couch in our room was horrible; it had a terrible smell, a very musty smell. We do not feel it was properly cleaned from the guest before us.

The breakfast was good and to my surprise a great spread of choices. The location was also great walking distance to the shopping center, and movie theater.

I think the weekday breakfast could have a little more variety like the weekend breakfast. The pool water was not too clear and might need proper filtration.

The hotel is very clean and in a nice area with a movie theater and stores such as target within walking distance.

I would like to see bacon on the breakfast buffet on Sunday mornings. The only thing they always have is regular linked sausage cut up. It's not even breakfast sausage.

Weekend breakfast buffet was great. Location was also very good for our situation (near grandkids).

I prefer separate bedroom quarters when traveling with my adult son. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the room I booked was not a suite. Next time, I'll be more attentive when making a reservation.

We were traveling with our high school concert band and there were close to a 100 of us. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, answered our questions and took care of our needs. The lobby was very large. The kids had a pool table to play at and there were many conversation seating areas where the kids were able to play board games, etc. Breakfast was great. The hotel even opened 45 minutes earlier on a Saturday morning to allow our kids to eat before we left at 7:00 a.m. The kids also enjoyed the pool area! The hotel is great for large and small groups alike.

The breakfast was very good with alot of choices. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean and better than we expected!

I enjoyed the 2 breakfast stations and the variety of food and drink options. Having a working ice machine on every floor was helpful. The trash and recycle trash cans in the rooms as well as in public areas were helpful. The entire staff was always welcoming and helpful.

The room was spacious with all kinds of things that one might need during a day's stay...food, enough ports, comfortable bed and other seating arrangements. I'd definitely stay again.

I didn't like the idea that you ran my card for $45 for incidentals and then applied it to the room...just a little off putting at the beginning. Also, no one offered to help with my bags. Finally, the handicapped room was all the way to the end of the hallway which was hard to get to alone.
