The room and the breakfast were great.

When we tried to check-in at 2pm, we were told by a staff member at the front desk that our room was not ready, and we had to wait until 3pm. The staff member didn't even check to see for any other options that were available for that timeframe. Another staff member (Dashawn) took over when the first staff member left for a break. She checked our reservation and even called the cleaning team to see if any rooms were available. She was able to find an available room, and we were able to check-in right away.

This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The breakfast choices were amazing and the variety of items exceptional. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The open areas to sit and chat in the lobby were great. The games and pool table were extra bonus’ especially since we were traveling with kids. This hotel and experience deserves higher than a 10 rating. Will definitely book with Tru again!

I loved everything about this hotel stay. Super clean and phenomenal staffing and has everything you need within and out of the hotel. We Uber to other locations that we need to but you have everything around you. At walking distance. I will definitely be staying here for all future trips. 😊😍 I did my laundry while working out and had an amazing breakfast and had so many options to choose from. I love it and so did the rest of the family.

Front desk registration both staffers attitude FRONT desk check in was.great as well as with both of them had smile with friendly welcome. GREAT ATTITUDE .THEY WERE AWERSOME.CHECK IN AFTER 3PM. 5/27 2025 .. The breakfast was good but for the amount of people trying to get breakfast, it was a pretty long wait for pancakes/waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the water bottle filling stations and the range of snacks/foods on sale at reception. I also liked that tea/coffee were available 24/7. Even though the hotel was very busy, we were not bothered by noise in the night. The room was kept cool and the thermostat was easily adjustable. The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms are pretty small with zero storage. I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

A bright, modern hotel and rooms with many nice touches. Breakfast was very slick with a good range of food options.

The amount of waste created by each person because of the disposable nature of breakfast. Disposable plates, cups, cutlery, wrapping etc made us feel very guilty because we had no choice but throw everything away after we’d used it or opened it. We also thought the air-conditioning unit in the room was too loud compared to others we have experienced recently.

I was highly impressed! The staff, environment, and amenities were excellent. I called the front desk to ask if there were towels available at the pool. "Hello, Mr Davis! How can we help you?" was what I heard. Then, the person went to check to make sure that there were towels for my assurance. They are also pet friendly! The hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and a theater. They also offer complimentary breakfast on both sides of the hotel, not just the Tru side, which I took advantage of. There is also plenty of secure parking. The next time I travel, I'll be sure to seek out Tru!

i really liked that if you had a doorhandle sign on nobody bothered you . i enjoyed staying at this location because it was surrounded by so many stores & restaurants so no need to drive more than 5 minutes to go anywhere !

i did not like that the fee of 75$ was added once i got there and i was not aware of it until i went to pay !

Breakfast was very good but what impressed me the most was how quickly the staff either replenished the food offering and how they continually maintained the area very clean. Regarding location, its also very good. We travel to Pflugerville to see our son's family, especially the 4 grandkids. Tru hotel is just 10 minutes away from our son's home.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. I liked the amenities. I liked the continental options!

The staff was slightly less than professional. I was asking questions and felt almost attacked by all of the staff at the same time with answers. I asked one person a question but two others jumped in to answer. It was unprofessional. The morning staff was great.
