It was average.

My room reaked of urine or some foul smell when I entered the room. . I contacted the front desk and the lady did respond and came in and sprayed my room. Which isn't the point, no room should smell like that upon entering it. I suspect they are mopping the rooms with dirty water going from room to room. Since they were full, I couldn't get a different room. At no point, did the front desk offer a discount.

The staff was so friendly! They opened breakfast early so the Pickleball referees could grab & go with the food! Even the hot food was ready! Loved the fresh cookies & flavored fruit water!!! Our room was wonderful! So clean. Plenty of plugs for our devices. Loved the coffee maker & fridge. Also loved the hand lotion in the bathroom.

I have NO complaints or improvements!

I was charged a little over $900 for 4 nights of stay. I payed $350+ on booking.com and then the hotel staff said they're "not responsible" for 3rd party, and proceeded to charge me another $500+. This action by both the hotel and booking.com will not be ignored.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Night shift employee Angela was gracious enough to make us coffee at 1am and bring to our room. We attended a family function that ended very late. The coffee was just what we needed to warm us up on a cold night. We had no problem falling asleep in the comfy bed.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! Angel at the front desk was so sweet and made us feel very welcome after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was good as well.

We checked in very late (after 1 am), so finding parking was difficult.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Angel and Yolanda were fantastic. They opened up the breakfast area early so a group of pickleball refs could have a bite. So friendly too.

Toilets are too short!

The greetings from the staff was so genuine. Such beautiful smiles every day. I loved the room! It was so clean and spacious. Just what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience!

The fact that I had to leave!

Breakfast good although eggs almost gone and omelette cold Very little fruit available only over ripe bananas Good coffee although there is so much single use plastic and no separated recycling of rubbish

Poor shower head and volume of water Small pool Our TV did not work and could not be repaired that evening

The Hotel Stay was beautiful. The hotel was fresh and clean. No pets. Only complaint is even though the wifi was complainmentory with stay. It sucks in that area. The area overall is a beautiful place the only problem is the wifi in the area.

The wifi doesn't work well in the area.

Staff was so pleasant at check-in, check-out, and at breakfast. The room was clean, well-lit, and spacious. The location was perfect for our visit with family, and we were delighted that we could charge our Tesla on property.

The beds were really firm so I had trouble sleeping - I know that's a personal preference, though.
