We never stayed at an Element before and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated how they catered to their guest. For example, we were told they have a large Korea clientele, so many of the signs were in Korean. I appreciated that, even though I am not Korean. The facilities were well designed, clean, and functional. We would definitely return.

I am a Bonvoy Marriott member and was not able to redeem points due to booking through Booking.com. That really was the only downside.

The facility was VERY clean. Asia was EXTREMELY pleasant and willing to assist in any way she could to make our stay an enjoyable experience (it was my husband's birthday weekend). The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE and the shower was very roomy.

The bedroom in the one bedroom suite was small. It needed a little more space in it to make it easier to move around. The phone in our room didn't work (I told the front desk clerk); it was never fixed or changed out.

It was peaceful, clean, and quiet, and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The eggs. Sorry! The coffee was good, though!

Hotel room was good and clean.

Food choices for breakfast was quite limited, particularly hot ones.

The cleanliness, newness of the hotel, healthy breakfast options, & customer service from the staff.

My room was next to the room for washer/dryer use, so awakened by noise at 5:30am. Not sure if it was customers using the facility or hotel staff cleaning the room.

It was close to where we were, right off the highway, clean, and easy to navigate! Our room had everything we possibly could have needed, and the amenities were lovely!

Was disappointing in the hot food choices for breakfast. And I appreciated the one day we had towels refreshed and bed made but paper cups, coffee etc. were not replaced. And we were there four nights.

The property was in a good location. There’s only one driveway entry area. If you’re not familiar with the area you could pass the location. There’s no entrance off the service road.

My room had ants I reported it to management.

The location, very clean, staff was a pleasure.
