So pleasantly surprised, stayed with my crew for some work in Austin, it is always a bit of a gamble staying at a Quality Inn, but this one was top notch. Front desk was super friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable, great pillows, and well made with freshly laundered linen. plenty of clean towels, refrigerator and microwave appeared new, and they had the tasty waffle breakfast to get us going in the morning, absolutely a great value, will be staying there when we return to our Austin work.

Cant think of much, the main ice machine was broken, so had to go to the front desk to get bucket of ice, no big deal there.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Love the that I was able to use cash as a deposit instead of a debit or credit card. (It's nice to get your money back right away and not have to wait a week for a card return especially when traveling)

There should be a thru lane that goes around the property. If you go around and don't find parking on backside where your room is your forced to exit the property and have to go all the way around the highway just to get back into the parking lot of the property. Backing up is an option if there is nobody behind you but both times in my case there was a car behind me and forced me to have to go out all the way around again.

The bathroom isn't really clean, and towels had a lot of strains on them. But they had a good-sized refrigerator/clean and a microwave.

Not much parking! Ice machine was broke! At arrival 3:00 our room wasn’t room but Martin did upgrade us to a sweet. Air in the room didn’t seem to be letting out very much air. Room was stuffy. Was given a boxed fan to help with air flow. It did help.

The price, I paid less than 100 dollars to stay in a queen suit that was awesome, all the other hotels wore around 200 dollars, there pool was open so that was great to

I dint like the fact that the bar soap was open and when I when to get et out it was a hair in there, that was really gross!!!

Very nice room. Very clean. Night staff came to room when I was having difficulty using the TV remote. (Turns out the remote worked fine. I just didn't know how to use it correctly.) OOPS: I CONFUSED MOTELS AND WANTED YOU TO KNOW TO DELETE FROM MY ORIGINAL REVIEW THE PART ABOUT A STAFF PERSON HELPING ME WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL. THAT WAS AT ANOTHER FACILITY. PLEASE ADD THAT THE EXTERIOR GROUNDS WERE IMMACULATELY KEPT UP. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Check-in at the front desk on Saturday, 09-20-25, was easy and speedy. Check- out on Sunday, 09-21-25, was easy and speedy, too. Both gentlemen were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. AC worked great.

There was no coffee pot.

Breakfast was Ok, Not many Choices but for me works very well. as I normally have yogurt, coffee Toast, and fruit. Best Location it was close to where I had a conference.

Upon check in staff was very nice & provided excellent customer service. Gave us information regarding breakfast & offered restuarant suggestions. The pool area was nice & my family enjoyed it.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable

Lots of smoking outside of the rooms. Parking. It's only a one way, if you don't find parking you have to go back on the interstate.
