No breakfast and no free wifi

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and eager to help.

The hotel room I stayed in needs a major makeover. It looked run down. The paint was peeling, one of the floor tiles in the bathroom was coming out of place, the mini-fridge had rust on top of it. There's also the smell of cigarette smoke typical to Extended Stays, which even though are non-smoking facilities, for some reason always smell like it. In this one, the smell was particularly strong in the lobby and in the stairwell. I also saw to small roaches crawling in different spots on the floor in my room. I notified the front desk immediately. I didn't see any more after that so I assume they did pest control while I was out during the day.

Convenient, quiet, comfortable. Queen bed is good, choice of 3 pillows: firm, fluffy, soft (I prefer having choices), great parking, friendly staff Room is comfortable, with table, office chair + arm chair, plenty of cabinets, sink, counter, e-stove top with 2burners, ( cookware+dishes are available)

E-stove is extremely slow to heat up, it takes a long time to get even a small amount of water to boil. No desk lamp No hair dryer NO RECYLING (trash cans are always overflowing) 'Breakfast' is a joke

The hotel staff and management is exceptional. They're very polite and go above and beyond in the housekeeping and the rooms are amazing

Hotel maintenance was right there for me to help me charge my phone when I lost my charger overall experience of this hotel was just phenomenal

The location was good

No ice machines a little outdated it has potential. Maybe they should hire an interior designer to pick better paint and better contractors to fix cosmetic issues.

Spencer was so very kind. One thing that was wrong but didnt want to hurt his fantastic rating is I dont think the room was very clean There was a half empty water bottle in the fridge and there was hair in the floor. Spencer was really very nice and polite though

I think I that inspections should be done after rooms are cleaned. This would eliminate missed things.

Cozy room, soft bed.

There were no hairdryer, no chairs in room. 3 days of my staying, there were no hot water. Car's voice from highway passing teough window to room. Unable to sleep.

The staff was extremely helpful and compassionate. I had the opportunity to interact with the GM and several of the other staff members and each encounter was professional and sincere.

Everything was great it was clean everyone was great very comfortable an was satisfied with the room an all

It was good to have a little something to start our day. It helped to have the kitchenette to make oatmeal. Thank you.

The bathroom floor area around toilet could have been cleaned better.
