I liked that the hotel was very clean and the food was great. The staff were nice and the managers were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The pool was also fun and even the other guests were nice. Room was spacious and comfortable, the outside exterior was also kept and maintained. Everything was very clean and the hotel was peaceful.

My vehicle was broken into during the stay on the property but despite that, the manager and staff made sure that I felt safe and comfortable for the remaining stay and they also accommodated me for the inconvenience in which I really appreciated it.

This property is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. I was most impressed by the staff. The front desk and cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a pretty good variety of food. Coffee is delicious and beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. If I could find one thing to improve it was my door, very hard to open and close and would make a loud noise because it had to slam shut to close. This hotel was very good quality for the price.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the information sheet provided when check-in was extremely helpful, especially since it was our first visit.

The AC unit in the room was very loud. When we first entered, the room felt humid because the AC was off. However, once we turned it on, the noise from the unit was exceptionally loud.

This Hotel was great. thank you everyone was excellent the food was perfect and the location could not have been better. the staff was great the hotel was so clean I couldn't believe it I even loved the Ice Water y'all had sitting out the lemon water they had sitting out for people to drink when they came in .

That was nothing I can complain about I mean everything was perfect I mean y'all have done an excellent job keep doing that perfect but y'all been doing

We had stayed before. As always it is greatly located for our purposes. The staff is friendly and the place has been well kept over the years.

The service of cleaning and changing towels. Probably due to the dates of end of year. But room service was quite bad and response from staff to provide new towels very slow.

We loved the fact that the bed was actually comfortable and didn’t set off any joint pain. The room was had a nice homey feel to it without feeling overly sterilized. Having such a variety for breakfast was also a huge bonus and really helped offset costs seeing as how that was one less meal to pay for.

Bathroom lighting was too dim.

The property was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was perfect and it wasn't far from restaurants, stores etc.

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool didn't look clean. It had black stuff on the pool walls, but other than that everything else was great. Also the lighting by the sink was dim, which was hard to see at night.

Excellent breakfast options, good clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff.

The rave DJ in the next room over that had to be told two separate days to keep it down, and the pool was absolutely freezing even in the 85 degree sun, but these are both minor complaints for an overall excellent stay. Also, the Chromecast wasn't installed within reach of an HDMI port so it wasn't usable, unfortunately, but the TV and cable channels were nice.

Access to pool & gym was nice. Breakfast bar was actually pretty good compared to most hotels. Staff, especially front desk during the day, were super friendly and nice. Fruit water by the elevator is awesome! Super nice touch

Room could have been a bit cleaner. Found hairs I know was not mine. Stained floors. Fridge does not get cold enough and food I would put in there got spoiled. Saw about 10 ants and 1 spider during my stay, most of which was there BEFORE I brought any food onto the premises. Left with about 5 bug bites…. not sure if it’s bed bugs or from ants. I’ve never experienced bed bugs before

This hotel was located near IH35 with easy access to Georgetown. The facilities were very modern and inviting. The breakfast was quite good for a buffet, and it was nice to have a bar downstairs.

It would have been nice to have a safe in the room.
