Staff was great… especially the breakfast team. Room was spacious. Cookies each evening were awesome.

We were very bummed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working because that’s one reason we chose to stay here. My husband was also very disappointed that the dumbbells in the fitness center only had one of the pair in a few of the higher weights because that had also been an important factor in our decision… so he could at least minimally maintain his workouts on our trip.

The staff were superb. A million thanks to Mr Alex. He went out of his way to make our stayed more enjoyable. He was the to go person. We enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool.

It needs a little TLC. Not much.

Enjoyed the peaceful and comfortable stay. The breakfast was amazing.

The reason I booked was because it showed this hotel had a hot tub, but when checking in I found out that the pool and hot tub was closed for services. This was quite disappointing.

It was a very spacious room and well cleaned. It was also conveniently located to where we needed to go. Also the pool wasn’t available when we stayed but they teamed up with the local YMCA and you could get a daily pass to use for the pool there. We didn’t use the pass but it was nice that it was available.

The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and the pool was unavailable since it was under maintenance.

I would have enjoyed an outdoor pool.. get some sun and relax outside instead of staying in the room after sightseeing.

bed and sheets were comfortable. dove soap. and staff members were all wonderful.

deep cleaning needed in the room we stayed in. sticky floors. old candy stuck on tile floor and lots of dirt, candy, chips around/ under the refrigerator. a couple of things needed repair.

Loved the bed and pillows. Liked having healthier breakfast options. Liked that it was pet friendly. Front desk staff (Nicole) was absolutely the best with customer service.

Difficult to park our truck with trailer, not a lot of available space. Located behind another hotel.

The staff was great - very friendly and welcoming. There was some issue for about a day and a half with access to internet. The staff stayed on the problem until it was resolved. They kept us updated with the progress. The facilities are a little dated particularly in the bathroom, but everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The area was well maintained and kept stocked. We will be back. Christmas decorations were nice also.

A couple more luggage carriers would be nice. The 2 available were gone when we were checking out. They were great, so struggling with areas of improvement to say here. Perhaps more alternatives for cereal in the morning.

Nice location not stuck in middle of town, rooms were neat and cooled off, no issue parking.

Hallways always seemed a little messy with trash.

It had laundry facilities available for guests use.

The 1 dryer, took very long time to dry clothing….
