The facility sits on a very good location, the fitness center is nice to have, it is the highlight of my mornings. The breakfast is great, coffee bar is also, one of the amenities, I look forward to when choosing a place to stay. Thank you.

I did not have negative experience.

The location was in the middle of everywhere and easy to access. The breakfast was a very large variety of food. The hallways and elevators smelled so clean. I’d really like to know what cleaning products they use 🙂

We stayed two nights…the second day our card would not work. We had to go down a couple of times to figure out the issue…come to find out when we were checked in he only set the card for one night. In the room we found old fries beside the bed with a pair of underwear that didn’t belong to us. It could’ve easily been missed as they were black and tucked between the bed and chair but was a little disturbing. Other than that the room was clean.

The Morning Breakfast was great all the days we were there! Room was quiet for the most part except for times of heavy traffic.

The elevator and hallways aren't air conditioned, so they were very warm! Feel sorry for the maids! Don't understand why not---it's Texas in July, for crying out loud!!

Room was quiet even though window faced freeway. Excellent breakfast (for a hotel). Bed very comfortable.

No guide on TV so hard to find shows. Hallways and elevators were not air-conditioned. I received a reminder email the day before my booking and it said the pool was closed for the season so I didn’t pack a suit. But we got there and the pool was open and I wish were we correctly informed. It was a hot day and would have been nice.

Good location. Value for money. Clean. Helpful staff. Good water pressure in the shower. Free parking.

Gym was small. Treadmills not functioning but this was due to an electrical storm some weeks prior.

The hotel rooms were very clean and the bathroom and beds were in very good quality. The staff were also very friendly and there was an expansive menu for the breakfast options.

The pool could have been kept tidier and clean.

That was a great experience for us. The price was reasonable, the room was pretty clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If you choose this hotel, it would be a perfect experience you've never had before. Thanks.

Texas's weather is quite hot, so I wasn't able to stand being outside. But it's not the hotel's fault. Anyway, thanks.

Customer service was good! They accidentally put us in a room that wasn't clean yet and quickly changed our room.

Great location. The rooms and bedding were decent.

I can’t say I didn’t like it. It’s a Holiday Inn. Most are pretty decent and kept in good shape. I was there for 24 hours and didn’t really get to experience the hotel.

This hotel had the largest variety of breakfast items out of any hotel I’ve ever been to. This is nice for those who stay more than a day or two. There was biscuits & gravy, cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, milk, juice, coffee, and I’m sure I’m missing something.

Bathroom was a little small but we will continue to stay here every year we visit family.
