The breakfast was great had everything we needed and more. The small Waffles were awesome as well as the texas size ones. Also loved that we had an option to check out at 2pm if needed. Customer service was on point they met everything we needed as far as extra towels. Water was hot and stayed hot love that the shampoo,conditioner, and body wash were in the shower on the wall. Customer service also gave us sheets and a pillow for the pull out couch. Beds were really comfortable i felt so rested. The air conditioner was blowing ice cubes just loved everything about the room.

We loved everything but the plus side is the tvs had where you could log into Netflix and other apps bathroom was huge room was big the pull out was actually comfy, the ac if you are like me and like it freezing the ac was awesome

The fact they put my account in the negative after I paid for the room with my debit card and saw them take the money out and did it again for the next day they took their money. Yet I was in the negative from pending charges and still haven’t received my $50 back yet.

Clean and staff was very polite and respectful!!! Breakfast was very good too!!

Just our sink and tub were clogged when we first got in the room but they were quick to send the maintenance guy up to fix right after I told them the issue!! Worked like a charm after that!! Not really a complaint but that was pretty much it!!

The A/C was not working well They don’t do housekeeping unless you ask, we ran out of towels on our last day and we were told they were in the washer They never came back with clean towels I had to get towels from the pool

i was vey disappointed that pool was dirty they had no lights on at night at the pool area and the beauty fire pit was off and there fore we were unable to use pool.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Our room was amazing as well as the breakfast. Best place I had breakfast from all the hotels that I had stayed in. Special shoutout to Manager Daniela from Colombia who assisted me and my wife with such kindness.

The only disappointing thing was the staff in the Night Shift. We got there around 2am the clerk was really rude. Not only was he rude with me but with all the clients that needed of his assistance. For someone spending so much money, at least we would like to be welcomed.

Location was great near grocery store and restaurants major Highway. They had a good breakfast with big selection waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, and biscuits. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.👍
