I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Austin to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and provided the perfect space for my family to relax and enjoy. A thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more special was the complimentary cake they gave to my mother – such a kind and unexpected gesture! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy for all of us, coming from different cities, to gather together for a family reunion. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting to share time, laughter, and love. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable – my family and I are incredibly grateful for your hospitality and will cherish these memories forever!

The location was just perfect since my family and I chose this hotel to be close to a graduation venue. But facility was clean, staff (especially Yan) were kind and helpful since there was minor issue with receiving functional room key, but she was on the issue and we received a key within 15 mins of arriving. We also enjoyed the hydration station plus Breakfast variety! Great hotel and would book again.

Nothing really, if we wanted to get nick picky then parking spots are a little small, but overall great hotel !

Modern and not too busy

There was a dirty towel in my room when I checked in, I could hear some highway noise from the room while trying to sleep even though I was on the other side of the building, and the breakfast offering is a little weak.

Very nice staff and great value

A bit far from town unless you have a rental about25 usd for uber each way. Also breakfast is very basic and dry and boring at best

I like that there was breakfast every morning. I like that the hotel workers were very friendly. I liked that the rooms were big. The hotel was very clean.

The location of the hotel was far away from downtown where I did most of my activities

Didn’t make it in time for breakfast. But loved the staff, friendly and always there to help! The room was very nice with a lot of thoughtful touches, clean also!

The walls seemed to be very thin, I could hear anytime someone was in the hallway.

It was new, clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and attended to every need.

The coffee which is a grind and brew was weak and not very good in my opinion. I would like to bring my dog sometime but they have a no pets policy.

It’s EXTREMELY clean. Even had an on the spot coffee machine in the lobby. The room (King size bed) was so nice. A lot of personal touches.
