Comfortable bed. Finally a choice of pillow sizes and thicknesses. Most hotels and motels in my experience will have 4-6 pillows on the bed, but they are all the same thickness and big, like trying to sleep with a large dog next to me. Maybe I'm the only person in the world who prefers a thin pillow.

Construction on the highway makes it a real challenge to exit onto a frontage road with an immediate need to turn right into the motel parking lot. Luckily there is a way through the parking of the next several businesses to get back to the motel's parking lot. Being a first time guest at that location, I didn't know there was a back way in.

Everything seemed to be in good working order at this hotel. It was clean, overall, and the breakfast was pretty great.

We had to kill a few German cockroaches in our room. The linens, etc were all clean, but the property could benefit from a pest control service.

Breakfast was ok. Location was great! Easy to get anywhere we needed to go. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Movie theater very close as well.

The night desk person was away a lot. The housekeeper came in and took our clean towels and washcloths while we were gone and didn't replace them. Then the night girl wouldn't answer the phone and when we tried to find her, she was no where to be found. After about 10 minutes she came out of the office on her cell phone and couldn't give us towels and washcloths because they weren't clean. Very aggravating.

The person that checked me in was great, very pleasant. I checked in early, room was not ready which is understandable with early check-in. Went to the car to bring My father to use the restroom. There had been a shift change. I asked to use the restroom the young lady didn't not allow us the use the restrooms. She said they were out of order. I told her we were guests she continued to say they were out of order. I asked both of them, men's and women's? She said yes. I saw no reason why she was so rude. This was the afternoon shift.

I really like the spacious room my family and I had. Definitely recommend it for the price. I will be back in the future if I end up going to Austin.

It was clean and comfortable, it included the breakfast so it was good value for the price.

The elevator was really slow and sometimes make weird noises. There’s no bottle of water in the room and the ones in the lobby are kind of expensive.

Good location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and needed the edge tiles cleaned badly. The bathroom tub was also in need of a good bleaching or magic eraser used to clean it. Room had no soap and TV remote did not work.

I love the facility it was clean the staff was just amazing the cleaning lady that went in to clean the room was just beautiful polite very kind and the breakfast was good I love the waffles everything was just great

We liked how spacious the room was.

The hotel seems very dark and dreary when entering. The elevator made all types of pops and rumbles, and did this really long pause before opening that we were worried it wasn't working properly and opted for the stairs the next time.
