Clean, comfortable, quiet, efficient layout, a good simple room that had everything I needed and nothing more, for a place to sleep on a short trip to Austin. Quick check in and out, decent breakfast, served early and on time; friendly, courteous staff. Convenient to Mopac and 183.

Nothing. It’s great for work, or a place to stay if you’re attending an event somewhere else in Austin and have a car. It’s not designed as a place to hang out and enjoy life, though, and not walkable to anywhere interesting.

I thought the breakfast was great for this hotel. There was a great selection to choose from. The location of the hotel was close to our meeting so we did not have to travel far in the car which was good as some of the time we came back to the hotel in the dark. The parking place was very lighted up so we felt safe. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Loved our walk-in shower.

The staff we encountered did not speak English which I felt was bad as we are an English speaking country and, with the amount of illegals coming into our country, I did not know if this was what was going on here. I did compliment the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet on her job as she has done a fantastic job keeping the food hot and supplied well for the guests. The pillows in the room need to be replaced as they are flat and uncomfortable.

This hotel is super cute! The lobby has a pool table and a lounge area which is nice. The room was updated provided everything we needed. We especially appreciated the hand soap/lotion mount as well as the shampoo/conditioner/body wash mounts in the shower. We hadn’t seen that before and we loved it. This hotel is about a 20 min drive from 6th street, but it’s in a nice location.

I think our only complaint about the hotel is the breakfast. I know continental breakfast aren’t amazing to begin with, but the eggs and bacon weren’t good at all, the only positive side to breakfast was the pancakes, but overall it’s not worth it to eat their breakfast.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. There is not a single thing I was concerned about. Hotel is brand new, everything is shiny and in great condition. Gym has new equipment as well. Even breakfast which is usually not great in such hotels was very decent, with hot dishes, and even a fresh made yogurt! I’d give it 11 if I could :) Highly recommend to use it while it’s in such a great shape.

Not a single thing.

The refillable water station, coffee bar, snacks at the counter. The TV greeting me and when we slept, I never heard too much noise from others in hallway or next door. Also coming off the elevators, places to visit and eat.

We loved the beds and pillows, it was comfortable and clean. The room was super clean and even on the first floor, it was super quiet too, plus the black out blinds were more than we could ask for! We loved the hotel, my only suggestion is to add some turkey/chicken sausage/meat to the breakfast itens; but even without it, it was a good breakfast. Would be back again and recommend it to friends and family!

Loud guest at times. Cable channels are complicated to operate, I couldn't watch television the majority of my stay, so I had to go to the lobby or stream. Rooms have no No microwaves!

The property was very clean being brand new. Location was great. Price was great.

The ice machines in the hall kept us awake most of the night. This is not something that can be changed but should be considered for future hotels. Although convenient, there is a reason they are tucked away at the ends of the hall, because they are loud. The additional ice and water machine in the lobby is a great idea. Of course the fire alarm going off twice during the night didn't make a comfortable stay but it is what it is.

The breakfast is great for us. I did like the cheese omelet one morning for a change from the scrambled eggs. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The pillows need to be upgraded. Very uncomfortable.

The hotel is great for travel with family or for business. The rooms and beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room to hang out in lobby areas. There is sitting areas on the patio too. The hotel offers snacks and beverages for purchase. There is a pool table and games for different ages. They offered a well stocked hot breakfast each morning. The hotel staff were very friendly. It is near a variety of restaurants.

The only reason I gave a 4 rating on the facilities is the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the rooms. I traveled with two heavy coffee drinkers and it was inconvenient to go to the lobby for coffee. Microwaves are a necessity for multi night stays.
