I arrived almost 5 hours passed my check-in time so I had to call Booking.com to get it all sorted, and I received My room key as soon as I arrived! Loved how the room came with dishes, you do have to go to the front desk to pick them up as well as an extra set of clean towels. The stove top, the fridge, and the sink were clean as well as clean and nice-smelling sheets and pillows, the AC was cold and the room was comfy. Loved all the small cleaning products they offered, from hair/body to dish soap

There was one Hispanic chick in front desk i believe her name was Ann or Anna, told me I had to take my own trash to the Trash Room when ive seen guests put theirs outside their door. Now I've never been told that, and I dont have an issue with throwing my trash If its true, but if not, don't lie to guests about what they're "supposed" to do. Some of the wall outlets didn't work and same with one bedside Lamp

After seeing several poor reviews I was leery to reserve but have had experience with this brand before that was positive so I proceeded. The property was very clean and the staff I encountered were all pleasant. The room was very clean and all the facilities worked. It is not a " luxury" location but it is not advertised to be. It is very nice considering the low price. Will gladly call upon them again in the future.

Considering the low price I simply have no complaints. Everything was clean and comfortable and functional.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was superb. Friendly and efficient. Location very convenient for my needs.

Expected hair dryer as web sight said but none in room so had to buy one. Also surprised that full equipped kitchen didn’t include even a spoon or cup.

Staff was always friendly. I travel with two cats, and they were super accommodating. Felt like staying with friends.

Traffic in that area is a headache.

Brianna at the front desk was a tremendous help for me and made my stay here very nice! She definitely knows the industry when it comes to making the guest feel welcome and answering all their needs. I will definitely be using the location in the near future!

Tha staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. The AC was on and the room was cool when I arrived.

The bed was very very firm. Great if you like a super firm mattress.

The room was very comfortable and clean, although clearly not new. We stayed 5 nights for medical appointments and visiting friends. The location is good for accessing freeways, although the traffic is intense no matter which direction you venture - but that is more Austin than the location of the hotel. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. We felt safe in the area at and near the hotel. The staff was helpful and always available.

The room was clean, could possibly use a deep cleaning, although it could just be the age of the hotel. I have no other complaints and will likely stay again.

The property was exceptionally accommodating when I needed assistance or made a special request. Specifically Priscilla and Patricia went above and beyond delivering exceptional customer service. They were very kind and patient.
