Breakfast was good. Staff were great! especially front desk. Rooms and shower were great. It's a very good location and hotel for an overnight stay, but it would be difficult to have a family group or business group there, but it probably wasn't designed for that.

Didn't like the charges for parking (that's new since HI days). Downstairs bar was somewhat limited. Bar couches were quite uncomfortable.

Even with the property being in the middle of renovations, the customer service and care was excellent. I was really impressed.

It wasn’t so great that the property was under renovation and the bar was out of Diet Coke lol But I will definitely stay there again. The staff is WONDERFUL and the hotel will be as well once renovation is complete.

Even though it's was under construction. The rooms were clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some of the doors weren't accessible. But that was due to construction. You have to pay $15 parking fee, with was the first for me. I thought they only charged when you near downtown. Other nearby hotels around the area don't charge for parking.

I liked that once I walked in I was greeted with a smiling hostess. I was made awear that the restaurant hours and what to expect.

I was not made awear that I had to register my car in I was going to have it patked on the property. That should have been told to me when I was checking in.

The Hotel has a very convenient location for us when we visit Austin. There is always adequate parking. The rooms are super clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provided an in room safe for belongings. There were plenty of outlets for our electronic devices. We will certainly stay here again when we visit relatives.

The WiFi disconnected all the time. It did not reconnect automatically. The coffee maker in the lobby was out of order. A Microwave has always been available upon request but this time the receptionist at the front desk said it was no longer an option. We stayed for 5 nights. We were not offered their signature cookies when we checked in this time. There was a small coffee maker in the room that we chose not to use.

Room was nice and the facility was quite posh. Staff were polite and helpful. Good location.

Was surprised that parking and breakfast were extra given the higher room rates. Our windows opened to the atrium and the bar area there was loud at night.

The parking, and being charged for parking. When I booked that was not mentioned so the price was more than I was expecting. Also, charged extra for breakfast. Also, no extra coffee was given for the second day, and my husband had to go downstairs to get coffee.

Maintenance was very prompt to repair the a/c that wasn't cooling.

Was not notified that the on-site restaurant was only open on Wednesday and Thursday. The TV had a mix of digital and analog channels. The analog was to blurry to watch. Had to scroll through all channels "very slowly" to find anything to watch.

This is convenient location for us, just depends on where you need to be. It has been updated since Hilton took over.

It should be understood that this hotel is at a big busy intersection and rooms facing traffic are noisy all day and night. Since it became Hilton, prices went up significantly.

This was a very quiet, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our conversations with Erica, the bar person, who also provided directions to certain restaurants in the area.

The name of the property is deceiving as it is not at the Arboretum. It is close by, but in a place difficult to access if you are not familiar with the area.
