It was good.

The so-called “restaurant” is oversold on the website. It was frequently out of food, ie two nights the only available food was pre-made salad or pre-made pizza. Fryer was broken. Not a full bar, only one person knew how to make drinks. We requested a microwave, received an email saying our request approved, but didn’t get one. Housekeeping was pretty fair if unreliable. NB: please remind housekeepers to change gloves between rooms and after “dirty” chores. IE cleaned the toilet, then brought in clean towels and cups, then wore the same gloves in the next room. (I know this because I witnessed it, including going into the next guest room with the same gloves on.)

I didn’t have time to get breakfast so I grabbed some fruit and had to leave. The only other 2 things that was not convenient was looking for ice and had to go to the 5th floor because the ice machine on the 3rd floor was not functioning. There was not an extra roll of toilet paper in my room but luckily I brought a roll from home which I normally do when I’m traveling.

Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows really Comfort. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in bathroom. Coffee maker and hair dryer provided plus fridge. Approx 10 min drive from downtown Good breakfast. Laundry available to do yourself, $2 washing, $1.75 dryer

It was clean, very polite employees, easy check in and check out process.

The employees at the front desk are standing all shift. I think they should at least have a stool to sit down and welcome guests in as the hotel is under renovations.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok along with the coffee. Staff responded to additional needs of towels and etc.

They had construction while there. A little inconvenient but tolerable. Wifi was awful. Was not able to connect for streaming or additional devices. Didn't not pay for it because the cost of the room was at a price which should have covered it.

Everything is awesome! Staff (jade in particular) is friendly and very nice. The kids enjoyed going to the pool and they even went to the gym. And even the manager (male) is nice. Room is very clean and spacious. And breakfast is good specially the home fries potato😁

We hope there's microwave though

Most of the staff were very nice. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was big. We like staying at Hyatt.

I had asked for a room farther away from the elevator when booking. We were literally put right next to the elevator. Of course, maybe they didn’t have another option, which would be completely understandable, but maybe they could have let us know. Low light for getting ready.

The room layout and location were great

Our room wasn’t cleaned one day, we had occasional super tiny ants (around 1mm), and the front desk staff was often missing or apathetic.

I loved that you all offered breakfast. The breakfast was great and there was plenty to choose from. The breakfast, the pool and the location made our stay totally worth it!

I was a little surprised that there was no microwave in the room. I did use the one downstairs but this seemed like a hotel that would have a microwave in the room. 🤷🏽

Room and daily housekeeping were very good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Inconvenient location.....no desirable walkable restaurants, bars, shopping. We were without a car every evening, and did not really enjoy our free time at this location.
