The friendliness of the staff absolutely made the holiday especially Makayla and Iya who were super lovely and very very helpful but to be fair we found everyone to be lovely but just did not get any other names unfortunately. We stayed here 3 times between travelling and it almost felt like coming home :):) The breakfast staff were also very very pleasant and helpful as well. There was a friendly bar/sports bar ish just through the carpark which had live music at weekends and it was a 15 minute ish walk to Domain - a shopping/eating area which was handy Also the local petrol station did have a good supply of groceries and snacks if you needed but the hotel also did sell snacks etc. All in all a great stay - many thanks to the staff. My husband and I would have no hesitation in staying here in the future.

Not being used to air con - we don't really need it in the UK :) I found it noisy but easy to work out and was thankful for it due to the heat.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I really liked the waffles. Different items to pick from each day. The iron in our room didn't work and a staff person immediately replaced it with a working iron. I left my shoes and y'all had them in the mail to me the next day.

I didn't care for the egg & cheese patties or link sausage slices on the last day we were there. I preferred the scrambled eggs.

This Hampton Inn is clean, appointed as per usual, and in a good location with easy access to the Mo-Pac, the Domain, etc. What made it stand out to me was the exceptional customer service - a rarity these days. From the lovely lady who checked us in (way early, in fact) to the cleaning staff who always had a smile and pleasant greeting - everyone working for this hotel was pleasant and friendly and took a moment to meet your eye and say hello in a friendly manner. It's not that common to have that happen in a hotel anymore. Very exceptional staff.

A/C might need servicing in our room. While it made the room cold, it did not remove the humidity, resulting in a cold, sort of clammy environment, not a cool dry one. This stay was in May, when it wasn't even terribly humid outside!

Excellent staff, very clean, and perfect location for getting around the area. The status checks via SMS seemed personal and was a nice touch.

A few not all of the pillows and towels could be replaced. Not nearly as bad as I've encountered in other hotels but some did seem to have had served their use.

Good hotel. Sure one step higher than most of the Wyndham hotels. But not perfect. Breakfast was good but not massive and much of the same American crap with fake eggs, waffles and toast and throw away cutlery. Airco was quite noisy. For a chain connected to Hilton I had higher expectations to be honest. If you can look past this than it is a good hotel. Room has a nice vibe and feels like a place you want to be. We have been to hotels were you cant wait to get out.

I had an issue with my room and it was addressed quickly

It was dirty in some shared spaces (a fry dropped in the elevator was still there in a dirty corner my whole stay).

Front desk staff are friendly

This property is next to a restaurant that has live bands that are loud and interfered with my sleep. Also, housekeeping was knocking at my door at 8:00 AM on the day of checkout when I was still getting ready. They still have a COVID protocol so the room was only cleaned once during my three night stay.

It was a decently close drive to downtown, had mall and other restaurants very close, overall good price for north Austin location. Clean room and comfortable bed for the one night spent there.

There was a live band at a restaurant that played music nearby until 1130pm on a Saturday night. Breakfast was just ok, though there were plenty of options from cereals, to yogurts, to warm breakfast, and waffles. The scrambled/pancaked eggs were overcooked and potatoes undercooked.

The breakfast is good, as expected. The room was clean, spacious, the AC is a bit loud, but wasn't an issue for me.

I needed to delay my arrival to one day after, and had some issues to reach out the property, but the front desk attendant was so kind and helpful (unfortunately I don't remember his name) when I arrived, he find out my reservation and made the check in smooth.

TX hospitality shines bright with this staff! They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

If I must say something, the size of the room wasn’t huge. But, it really didn’t matter.
