On arrival, we were greeted by Jorge in the reception. He did a really good job on informing and making us feel very welcome. Good job Jorge! The location is a bit outside of Austin downtown, as we knew, but there are plenty of restaurants and establishement close by. For soccer fans it is the perfect location. Walking disctance to Austin FC home arena. Next time.....Breakfast was good. Enough options and alternatives for all the family.

The open plan reception/lobby/bar/breakfast area is nice, but at the same time noisy. Some more (soft)interiors to take down noise would be appreciated.

Exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-situated with easy access to The Domain, MoPac, and 183. Shower had good pressure and the room temp stayed where we set it. Everyone we encountered on staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to be there.

There were no negatives.

In addition to being welcomed by a very friendly staff, we walked into a clean room full of surprises for our anniversary. They were very accommodating in helping us celebrate our special weekend. Being close to the domain, the location was great and we were able to do a lot in the area.

There was nothing to dislike.

The service here is top-notch, and the team, especially Desiree at the front desk, really goes above and beyond. I left my Apple Watch at the hotel, and they were amazing at finding it, keeping me updated, and shipping it all the way to Virginia where I live. Big thanks to Desiree and the whole team!

The property was clean, parking free, and the staff was great. Jorge at the front desk was professional and willing to go the extra mile to make my stay pleasant.

The mattress was too firm and my wife and I woke with a stiff backs. I don’t think it will be reasonable, off pillow top mattresses for individuals that prefer softer mattresses.

Free parking! Nice staff. Otherwise fairly standard/sterile decor. You probably want to be sure this is where you want to stay (near The Domain shopping center). It wasn’t a location I would choose. But eclipse pricing and the fact that we had three adults meant this property worked for us. Free parking makes a budget difference.

This property is clean and modern, safe and extremely accommodating and comfortable. Location is right across the street from the Domain and just off MOPAC and 183 so it’s easy to go anywhere in Austin. The facility itself is new and appears to have been well constructed, not cheaply thrown together.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel or the staff.

Breakfast was great. The server Vivian was very helpful and friendly. Loved having convenient and FREE garage parking for the car (the weather was bad). Front desk were very helpful, esp Emily when we checked in. The room was comfortable and quiet.

We did not eat breakfast and arrived very late the first night. The hotel was very clean and desk staff were prompt and friendly. Location was good for us...easy to get to and easy to get back to main roads. Parking garage was easily accessible and we had no problems with anything. Thank you for making our stay great!

Fire alarm went off at 7:45ish (a.m.) because of a burnt bagel in the lobby. It was good to know the alarms were working, but kind of a pain to be blasted out of bed on a Sunday morning. Ha!

The location was great, this property looks more modern than other locations and it’s very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

My only complaint is the bed. That was the hardest bed I’ve ever laid in. It literally didn’t move.
