Clean, good location, comfortable bed & couch. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I liked that there was a small, snazzy bar on the property and water was free.

The breakfast was supposed to be from 7 am - 10 am, but the staff started shutting down and taking food away @ 9:30 am. The male staff member who took the food away was rude to my family and another family who were there around 9:40 am. If the breakdown of breakfast is @ 9:30 am, the time of breakfast should end @ 9:30 am. Advertise an accurate time frame for paying guests.

Very nice. You can tell they just remodeled. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location is very convenient and close to alot of shopping and food places.

Only complaint about the room would be the pillows. They were not comfortable at all. Also, when we checked in, the staff did not tell us that we had unlimited access to the water bottles. We learned that was the case when we were checking out. Someone was checking in and we overheard the front desk tell them that.

Great customer service. Polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel was in a good area.

Not really a “didn’t like” but more of a suggestion: I believe a coffee bar would just be the cherry on top at this place.

cleanliness and the breakfast also we left some shoes and they were honest folks. we called and they had them... they released them to a family member so I didn't lose out on the 100 dollar pair of shoes I got my daughter.

Spotlessly clean, very quiet location (despite one of the reviews claiming otherwise, great location central to all parts of Austin, the bed & pillows extremely comfortable. The room even came with free Showtime on the TV and there is a great seafood restaurant with in walking distance of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Texas!!

The most I liked about the property is that the staff were amazing and wonderful.

Clean. Updated. Comfortable. Parking was convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping plaza. Staff were super sweet. Breakfast was the best.
