My recent stay at the Holiday Inn was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The room was immaculate, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. It was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities for the hotel. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a bonus for both leisure and work purposes.

A friendly welcome, recommendation of a great local burger place, everything we needed was there for us. Eg. Free Icy water, and a huge range of great options for breakfast. It was great being able to close off the bedroom door from other area. We were delighted to have a floor space and comfy couch for relaxing and repacking.

Just the air conditioning unit being inside the bedroom, it was rather noisy so bring your earplugs. The fridge made strange noises..

Great place to stay! I left 3 jackets hanging in the room when we left. The maid had turned them into the office when I called and three days later when I returned, they were there. Honest staff.

Something that can't be changed. The pool is very nice but is built in a way that there is no sun after mid afternoon . That might not be a problem for some people so hardly worth mentioning.

Thought bed linens, especially pillows were extremely comfortable. Courtesy breakfast was tasty and generous.

When I went to my room, it had not been cleaned which was unpleasant surprise and disappointing. However, desk manager fairly quickly found me a clean room. Sound from room above me was not well muffled, sounded like person was stomping around room.

Everything was awesome! The staff, Tayler and Darryl were above any expectations one usually receives! I wanted to bring them home. :) My hat is off to both of them.

Can't think of anything .... oh wait... there should be non slip things in the shower. I did find it a little slippery, having to really concentrate on my footing. Other than that no complaints.

Property was fresh and clean. Evening front desk was so kind and welcoming. She knew we had a bad experience at another hotel and just made us feel good. Rooms/beds were very comfortable. We did not do a breakfast but what we saw looked good. Next time we are in Austin we will be back.

Lady at check in was very friendly. nice property. Good location. Great breakfast

crumbs under bed sheet. Our child was upset and crying middle of the night and the front desk called us at 1am to tell us to make him stop crying. 1st of all a loud phone doesn't help a baby stop crying and it isn't like we were not trying to get him back to sleep.

I really liked the walk in shower. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the grab & go was great to have a mid-morning snack during my work meetings.

Had a little trouble getting the thermostat adjusted to best level on the 1st day, but that was probably the operator. Second day was great.

We loved our room. It was nice and roomy. The complimentary happy hour was such a surprise. We had a beer and nachos. Breakfast was very good. Loved the cinnamon rolls. All of the staff we talked to were friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Construction in the lobby was not appealing, so we ate on the patio. The comforter is too hot, and without it, and only a sheet, I was.cold.
