King room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient. Wi-fi was free and performed great. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. A separate control allows you to control temperature before stepping into the shower. TV was large and picture was good; and you could use your personal Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or Netflix account.

The TV remote, even with fresh batteries supplied by a friendly staff member, was slow and often completely unresponsive - which was very frustrating. And while watching "Live TV", you cannot directly select channels or click thru them - you had to bring up the guide to select. Although one doesn't travel to a different city to watch TV, it was annoying while trying to relax before bedtime. The coffee maker was espresso only and the instructions were a bit hard to understand. The espresso was good. But in the morning, I would have preferred a standard cup of coffee rather than espresso.

The location is great and filled w/ low & high end shopping, bars, and restaurants. I stayed in the room with balcony and a tub 10/10. The view was phenomenal. Felipe at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. He helped us get the exact things we booked this hotel. Valet drivers were also fast and eager to help. For birthday I received a trio of sprinkles cupcakes.

The only complaint is the crickets, omg they were jumping by the front door and all over the balcony at night. We even had a few in our room that creeped in. I hate bugs so was truly disturbing and freaked me out.

The comfy bed and wonderfully soft sheets was a joy. The staff was exceptionally polite, helpful and friendly. The water bottles provided each day and at valet is a nice touch. Very quiet room. We also liked the many docking stations for charging phones and electronics. The brunch/breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom door needed adjustment for the latch to work properly (you had to push the door hard to latch). The shower wand didn’t work properly (but didn’t matter to us).

I did not want to leave. Everything about this hotel, from the manager, James, housekeepers, room service to the valet parkers were friendly and helpful.The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The food is excellent and the location is superb. Can't say enough good things about Hotel Manager, James! He worked tirelessly to find a solution to a problem with our reservations.

Atmosphere and staff are absolutely the best. Mt Julian the General Manager has been there for a few years and is always excited to see my family and I. He always remembers our name "The Berry's". This is the only hotel in stay at in Austin due to the amazing service and atmosphere.

This hotel is easy to get to and is located in a high end shopping/dining district. The staff was friendly and quick to react to fix the only issue we had with our room (that issue was a toilet not working properly when we arrived, which they fixed within a few minutes of the issue being reported).

A self parking option was not easily found and valet costs were a bit over the top but room rates were reasonable the and hotel is nice. I would go back.

The breakfast was excellent. I loved the texas shaped waffle! Very clean room with nice vanity! Lighting was excellent.

I personally didn’t like the dog friendly aspect only because i wonder if those rooms are separate from everyone else’s. I personally have allergies to some dogs. I don’t know if i just didnt spend enough time in the room or if i got lucky and had a ‘non pet’ room. In order to keep the integrity/ quality of the hotel please keep ‘non pet rooms’ available. If hotels do a ‘smoking/ non smoking’ options and keep then separate please do a ‘’pet friendly/non pet friendly” room

Great location! Bar and restaurant service was terrific. Front desk personnel were lovely. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.

Housekeeping came to the room while we were getting ready. We asked for them to return in 20 minutes; however, they didn’t return. When we returned in the evening we called the front desk to ask for dry towels, which they did bring.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond - every person we met exceeded our expectations. We were checked in early, one of the front desk staff treated our son to a toy, the restaurant staff got us everything we needed, the bar staff helped us have a great time, the valet always got our car speedy and we’re super friendly. Our room was perfect for a family with a toddler. Every day the hotel left us little treats and water in the room. The location was great for anyone who wants to stay in north Austin… houndstooth coffee, culinary dropout, bakery lorraine were all a short walk away and great. Beds were great. Shower was great. We didn’t use the pool since it was a rare cold moment in Austin. Cannot say enough good stuff about there staff.

The price is a little high compared to other nice austin hotels but we were super happy with the experience so it ended up being worth it.

Conveniently located to shops and restaurants in the Domain, the Archer was a fantastic place to spend a few nights. The rooms were lovely, the staff was friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious! We will definitely stay there again!
