The check-in was seamless, and every staff member/employee was courteous, and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique breakfast. We were expecting the cliche waffles, but they offered an automatic pancake maker, among other things. Jus wave ur hand in front of the sensor, and out comes 2 hot, perfectly fluffy, delicious pancakes. Everything was clean, the room was jus what we needed for the weekend. All the renovations and updates to the room were quality, including the furniture and decor in the room and the hotel in general. You could tell they purchased well-built items. I wish we could have stayed longer. There was a pool, that was cleaned EVERYDAY, (I saw ot out my window), and a small basketball court that my hubby and I utilized. I will suggest purchasing new basketballs though. We will be returning! Thanks to everyone there, it's not very often that you get everything that was advertised on the website. We were very pleased! KEEP IT UP!

There weren't enough cooking utensils. I made chicken and ground turkey tacos while there, and I had to use the 1 (one) and ONLY saucepan in the room for both meats. Since I'm a "make a way out of no way" type chick, I made it work. I did ask the front desk for an additional skillet and a lid for the saucepan and she had to go to the storage to look for one, and they didn't have either. She was very nice, and no fault of hers, but it would be nice to have at least a skillet and at the very least 1 saucepan with lids in each room. It definitely didn't stop me from cooking, but it was an inconvenience. It also definitely won't keep me from staying there again.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The staff was quick to resolve any of my concerns and answer all my questions. The beds were comfortable. Having a living area separate from the bedroom was great. The location was great. I appreciate the free parking.

The first room that was assigned was dirty. Hair on the shower walls, dirt on the bed, and food on the floor. I let the front desk know, and they immediately changed my room and allowed me to inspect the new room for cleanliness before changing rooms. The restroom looks dated compared to the rest of the room.

The recent renovations have been very tastefully done and the hotel public rooms, halls and guest rooms are all bright and well furnished. The one bedroom King suite was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would be ideal for someone wishing to spend several days. The breakfast was the usual for this class of hotel ( just not our choices...too much sugar and polystyrene), but the room was very pleasant with a large picture window and lovely patio area looking out to well landscaped greenery. We would definitely stay again.

nothing at all ...I just found this a little odd though....that the very extensive renovations did not include changing out the light switches which are still the old beige colored ones; and that (b) the area by the dining table is carpeted. Also, almost all guests have a car; why not include the parking charge in the room rate?

I’ve stayed here before & gave excellent rating for cleanliness of the property; also, that’s why I came back. The room was as before, clean & comfortable. The carpeting elsewhere throughout (for us from lobby to common areas on 1st floor, to elevator and on our floor (4th) were VERY WELL PAST needing to be cleaned. I was embarrassed when my friend said “I thought you said this was a great hotel” as he pointed to the floors and scrunched his face in disapproval. I was relieved to find clean carpeting in our room! I’m betting there was some story to explain it, but seems hard to believe Sonesta ES would let it get so nasty under any circumstances.

This property has a beautiful pool area with huge oak trees and a charming patio with grilling and seating areas. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. It was very pet friendly and my dog loved the yard. I enjoyed the sparkling clean pool. The location is very quiet and handy to lots of entertainment venues.

This building is showing some signs of aging but I learned that they have begun a top to bottom renovation so all of those issues will be resolved.

location is great for access to Domain and Arboretum, pool area is very nice and breakfast/coffee is awesome. On top of having traditional baked goods, cereals and hot items, they had kimchi and steamed rice for organization that was staying there! breakfast opens at 6:30a (coffee bar was usually open at 6) and on the last day when my sons and I had to leave at 6:15a the staff setting up was super helpful letting us grab some baked goods and fruit to go with a smile on his face and wishing us safe travels.

AC was pretty loud but it was over 100 degrees everyday of our trip

multicultural breakfast, almond milk & cane sugar, kimchi & nori, comfy beds, enough space, good enough kitchen, HOT water & functional thermostat, quiet halls, NICE back patio with 2 fire pits & bbq grill. cold water upon entry with fruit to create vitamin water. Jordan's customer service was super on point. Her empathy statements and attention to detail made it easy to forgive small glitches. Security on site. The parking lot felt safe and clean. QUALITY multicultural staff.

with tax, paid $120 per night. A week-long stay discount should definitely be more like $90 per night. There were plenty of available rooms. Ever since the freeze, the main back patio door not reading the keycard- even for the managers.

I loved the kitchen. It was nice to just step out the bedroom and make a coffee. Doors to the bedroom were great for privacy. The suite temperature was fresh. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled like flowers, very refreshing. A tv in the living room and another at the bedroom was awesome. The outdoor sitting areas were very pleasant and relaxing. The channel line up was very nice, with a good variety of shows to pick from. The large window in the living room and bedroom were fantastic. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety, and tasted yummy. The staff was very very kind and helpful. There were no drinks like coffee and tea available in the suite at any time.

Not all front desk was helpful nor knowledgeable. I had called to get information regarding my reservations and payment and staff was not clear on status. Also had a fedex package delivered and staff could not locate until I came back to let them.know that I had proof of delivery. Made me late for work.
