This location is incredibly convenient, with a wonderful variety of dining and shopping spots nearby. Plus, the staff members are truly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you!

The rooms are recently done and the hotel is very clean. Also the staff is wonderful.

Air conditioning I am guessing is still work in progress. While the rest of room screams renovated but the air conditioning was still vintage. The rooms are a little small for a similar style hotel.

Had everything we need, room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a wonderful experience.

It was a bit more pricey than some other hotel around this area, but it was the most convenient location for us for what we were in town for.

The room itself was spacious love the balcony very clean bed was so comfortable staff was amazing fast check in

I didn’t like the fact it was no pool kids wanted a pool

Good stay and great location to other shops and amenities. Room service did not come on our 2 night stay but besides that great visit.

Cleanliness

Doesn’t have free breakfast. Also front desk told 10:30 am breakfast time ends but it ended at 9:30 am.

Staff friendly laundry price reasonable. In town for family emergency and need to wash, laundry was convenient and affordable. That was helpful

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was fairly quiet most of the time.

I didn't like the balcony view because we were just looking at the roof of the the front of the building and we paid extra for a balcony.

Although the hotel was going through renovations, the staff was very kind and the hotel was very clean. I have absolutely zero complaints.

We did enjoy the pool, and location

The pool would not open with room cards - had to find associate every time. And was not open til 11pm like sign said I do not think those are queen beds. I think the are full— quite small
