Great staff that helped out with issues I had with payment via my credit card and with all that I needed for a comfortable and chillax stay with my friends. Me and my guests felt as if we had some type of special treatment there as we had no problems with any of the staff there while staying there 4 days past my original 3 day stay as work continued longer than expected. Thanks to all those who made it comfortable during my stay especially the wonderful and beautiful staff in the morning and a special shot out to Ray, a cool bude working the graveyard shift who made it all possible being that he saw how tired I was and was able to help me out with getting a good night's rest. Thanks bro for looking out I really do appreciate your effort in making it a great stay !

Great service and very helpful staffing! All the staff there have a positive attitude to helping out their guests as I had my friends tell me the same when I mentioned to them about how helpful they've been to me, as to the reason why I'm giving them 2 thumbs up 👍👍 and a great review on s job well done. Keep up the great job to all the managers and associates who have put together an excellent group of staff that has what it takes to feel right at home.

I liked that the manager called my room after I checked in, to see if I liked the room. That was a nice personal touch. And the staff was very professional and attentive to requests. I prefer to cook my own meals, so I enjoyed having the kitchen. The room was very spacious and very comfortable. And everything worked great, I also had a view of the pool; which was nice. It was VERY peaceful and quiet there. Which was great for working. There was literally no noise. The price was unbeatable. And the location in north Austin kept me away from all the noise downtown; but was still close enough to travel there to see all the great live music. As a business traveler, I highly recommend staying here. When I am back in Austin, I will definitely stay there again.

Too many people lite-up on Elevator. I have Asthma. Yes, people have Asthma. More common than U think. I'm 65. Even ask for a lite in hallway.. Give Seniors their Due on the rates. Kinda 'Fake' Senior Discount. I'm an AARP Member of U of Illinois Alumni in Austin, TX. Lots of U of Illinois at University of Texas. Great location across from VISA and near Apple/Oracle in Riata Trace.

Nice and Peaceful The Rooms Almost Feel like a little studio apartment which gives them that homey feeling. The Manager Brittany White Really Does Care About The Guest Comfortability & She’s Does A Great Job Handling Guest Complaints In A Professional Matter How A Real Boss Should.

There was a vagrant coming in at night and destroy things but the staff had it cleaned up early in the day so it was minimal. My room keys kept getting deactivated so I had to go to the office several times to get them reactivated. Very annoying
