Loved the pool, some variety of alcohol available next to the lobby, staff was wonderful!

It could use some updating. We didn’t necessarily feel safe, but that had more to do with the interactions of another guest. We had trouble with the AC, and room keys not working, but the staff went above and beyond, fixing both issues immediately.

I like the fact that it was clean and everyone there was friendly there.

That we reserve our rooms early but when we got there they had to find us a room 2 times which was a hassle what was the point in getting it reserve if when you arrive it wouldn't be available because we were there at the time we were supposed to be there waiting to get into our room from a 3 hour drive and then our key card stop working at one point as well

Location was great 20 minutes from downtown and close to the areas outside where we wanted to be. I changed my arrival date with booking.com and they never notified the property and my room reservation was canceled. They were very accommodating in honoring my rate and getting me checked in timely. Also, Megan at the front desk gave some great recommendations of some things which were outstanding we would have never found to do. Breakfast was very good and one of the largest amounts of choices I have seen in a while.

Bed was a little soft for me. I am not a fan of the low water pressure I'm all for saving water but to me the pressure was inadequate.

The staff are very nice. Always very helpful.

No towel bars in the bathroom. Housekeeping doesn't change towels on the weekend. No good place to hang towels. We did use the hook on the bathroom door. The same towel was there for a couple of days. Housekeeping took the other towels in the bathroom but didn't check the hook on the bathroom door.

I have a bad back and I loved the beds. Always do and I hope to come back a couple of times this next year. Thx.

I cook breakfast in the morning and had to ask for a frying pan, otherwise, everything was great.

I love that the breakfast was amazing. Every single day was a different menu. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for four nights. In the kitchen, was very small. I will highly recommend you to take your own pan to cook since the only provide one big pan. I love that the have a free laundry room we’re you can wash and dry your cloth for free.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, quite a variety to choose from. Texas shaped waffles were one of our favourites. Overall, it was a nice hotel.

The air conditioning was noisy during the night, but then again, the weather was very hot during our stay.

Hot breakfast had so many choices & really tasty. The room was spacious & quiet. The pool area was relaxing. The managers reception was really nice.

Housekeeper only came once in 5 nights. We had to ask for fresh towels twice.

Very clean and comfortable.

I didn't care for being made to wait almost 10 minutes to check in while the desk attendant stood there pecking on a calculator and doing what was obviously more important.

The rooms were nice, because they had the living area separate from the bedrooms.

The location was good. No good views because you are off a highway.
