⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Club de Soleil in Las Vegas while scouting future rental or second-home properties and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The staff (especially Em) went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They noticed we were an older, retired couple and thoughtfully placed us in a ground-floor suite just steps from where we parked—so convenient! The one-bedroom suite was spacious and fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and wonderfully cold A/C—perfect for the desert heat. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we had a small issue with the TV remote, maintenance was at our door within minutes. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and kept check-in moving quickly. They even offered a shuttle to our room, though we had a rental car. Parking was free with a permit, which was another huge plus.

While the guests above us were occasionally noisy, it was such a minor issue that it didn’t affect our overall experience.

It was spotless and updated. I was pleasantly surprised!

The only thing I might suggest is that I realized, too late, that I didn’t have any cash on me to leave as a tip for housekeeping. I called the front desk to see if part of the $25 that was taken for incidentals could be used as a tip and they said No. I asked if there was an ATM machine, or some way I could get cash, and was told there wasn’t. I’m sure I’m not the only guest who has been caught in that situation. Housekeeping works hard and deserves to be tipped. I luckily found an old gift card in my wallet that I hadn’t used yet so I left that in place of cash, but I would have liked to have left money instead. I should have thought ahead about the tip, so that’s on me. However, it would be nice to provide a way for guests to get some cash if it’s ever needed. Just a thought.

The hotel is great value for your money. It was clean, and the staff were professional. The buffet breakfast was affordable and they had good options. Breakfast time was quiet, i wasn't climbing over anyone to get a seat or enjoy my breakfast. Check in and check out was super fast. The elevators were clean and fast. A late evening swim at the pool was relaxing, and the pool was clean. Inside and outside the hotel was clean. I will stay here again for sure. The hotel was close to a grocery store, restaurants and anything you want.

Location and staff friendly.

Safety. I stayed previously there and you need your key for elevators. This time was not working. Easy for anyone to go inside any floors. Not safety for woman’s traveling alone. Cleaning was not as good as last time. Floors needs to be vacuum more often.

Bed was amazing! No backache in the morning like other hotels. Gentleman assisting at the buffet was very professional, helpful, and very nice. He deserves a standing ovation.

Noone was at the front desk upon arrival or check out. Waited quite a while to check in but not as long when I checked out. Though when staff came they were super friendly.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Love the appliances which makes it easier to have your own snacks if needed. Coffee is great first thing in the without having to go down. The staff was amazing!!

Of course price is always be a choice to have it lower.

Good Hilton quality

When I booked,breakfast supposed to be included. When I arrived I was told I have to pay for it. I don't care if I book through third party or whatever, that is misleading and next time when I see Hilton sign that is what I'm going to remember. NOT WORTH IT HILTON CORPORATION.

Never had a negative experience,I’ve stayed at this property many times,always a pleasurable experience!

The water in the lobby restroom sinks was not working, not on, etc. I went to the front desk and was directed by one agent to the water fountain to rinse my hands and by the other to use the bathroom around the corner. If the water is not turned on then by all means the bathroom should be labeled out of order. How gross to have someone use the bathroom and then find out they can’t wash their hands.

Wonderful but could have been part of the room payment as with most Hilton gardens hotel. It should be bed and breakfast
