Location was great and hotel was easy to access. It’s located in a small shopping center with great restaurants and a few stores. Water was hot, not warm. That always a plus and I liked that I was on the top floor.

The breakfast was horrible the one time I decided to eat. I had a piece of sausage and it may have been turkey sausage which I don’t eat but I guess I came too late about 8:45am because there was nothing left.

I really enjoyed how clean & roomy the room was. The restroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly.

We loved the stat but were hoping for a full breakfast. It wasn't a big deal for us because everything else was excellent. I would definitely book this stay all over again!

Location wise, it was really good. Lots of eateries nearby. Since it was near highway, transportation was superb.

I think Marriott as a whole is forgetting they are into hospitality business. While trying to find out new ways to make profit, they are trying to take away every comfort given to customer. it definitely name sense to keep a bottle of water in the room. breakfast has become so boring. it's not related to this property, but across Marriott low end hotels. recently i stayed in Residence inn in Pittsburgh. They were not ready to give body lotion in winter. They "stopped" giving it

The breakfast surpassed our expectations, specifically the fact they actually cooked the eggs. It seems like most hotels in this price range have the nasty microwaved cheese omelettes. We also liked the location and value.

Our television's cable wasn't working. It wasn't a big deal though since we just streamed Netflix (which was an option on the tv). We told the front desk when we checked out so they could take care of it for the next guest. But that was the only hiccup!

Breakfast was ok. Not as many options as other hotels we stayed in. The location was convenient to downtown Austin and surrounding areas. We liked having the extra couch bed. It was a nice sized room for a family of four.

Several of the charging outlets in the room didn't work so it was difficult to charge our devices. The pool area was very small. We noticed a homeless person camping out in the woods in the back of the parking lot when we left the next morning.

The breakfast was amazing! My whole family loved it and exceeded our expectations. The receptionist was friendly and personable. The room was clean, updated and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The reviews were right about the rooms being well kept and clean restrooms/bed sheets. The room are cozy and have extras- hair blower, clothes iron, and toiletries which come in handy. The location is convenient and is close to most of the famous Austin tourist attractions.

The blinds from the window weren’t working, since it was an electrical issue I did let the front desk know right away, she tried to find another room for me and my family but they were all sold out. She said the blinds unfortunately had to be down and there was no way to fix it. That’s the only negative thing I would have to say about our stay as a first time customer. Not having someone to come fix it or having any natural light on our room from Friday to Sunday was a big issue considering the room has pretty dim lights, it was very dark, and one of the side lights on one of the beds wasn’t working either.

Everything was extremely clean, the room was very spacious and the price was excellent for the type of room. The staff was very friendly.

The door for the bathroom is glass and despite the size of the room it’s layout is such that the bathroom door is directly across from the bed. So if anyone needs to use the bathroom, you’re getting light directly in your face while you’re trying to sleep. You can’t see through the glass so that’s not an issue but it doesn’t block the light at all.

I like the clean rooms nice updated TVs that most hotels don't have. Great location. The woman checking me in was very friendly and professional.

I don't like coming down stairs at 0900 and there is no breakfast at all so I had to ask front desk if they were going to put anything out. Then they don't put out a lot and the dining room full of guests wipe it out quickly and other guests had to ask for more and waited a long time for it to come. I just don't understand why they are not more attentive to the breakfast area and make sure it don't run out. We do pay a lot of money for rooms and expect a breakfast included. But this is where hotels are the shadiest for whatever reason.

The rooms were very comfy. The bed was super comfortable. I love that the staff was keeping up with the cleaning. Super nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for having us.

The only thing I didn't like and it was something very minor, was the shower water pressure. Super minor. The pressure was not too strong. Everything else was perfect.

The pool area is set up nicely, the beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good.

There had been a break-in the night before 10 cars were broken into and as we were checking in the people affected were letting us know where not to park as the hotel isn’t responsible for any loss and police never showed up when called. They have cameras but can’t do anything about anyone’s loss.
