The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were professional and gentil. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.

I had requested a higher floor room but was placed on the ground floor without any response to my request. While the room itself was very good, I would have felt more comfortable on an upper floor. The only odd part was not receiving any reply at all — even if they couldn’t accommodate the request, a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated.

Location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was ok, not really stellar. Our room was very nice. Shower wasn’t as clean as I prefer (signs of old mold/mildew), but I’m kind of OCD. Front desk people were very pleasant.

Coffee pods were not replaced after usage during our 3-day stay; and the facial make-up cleaners were not replaced. However, I didn’t seek or ask for more. Windows were not sealed and we could hear the wind blowing/whistling.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very elegant, pleasant, clean and comfortable, very well stocked with clean towels and i love that they provide Dove shampoo, conditioner and body soap gel. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! Oh, and the pool was so clean and at body temperature, comfortable Thank you!

It was clean. When I checked in, front desk staff was very polite. They also were respectful of my privacy by not saying my room number or asking how many keys I want. As a single traveler, I appreciate that. I also had a problem with getting my door open later that night and the night staff was very helpful. They came up with me and helped me out.

It was older and I had a hard time opening the door. The door caught on the carpet.

Didn't have breakfast, so can't give opinion. The location was convenient to the route I needed.

I was not there long enough to be bothered by the ongoing construction noise. However, people in the rooms near mine kept coming and going, allowing room doors to slam, until very late at night/early morning, making it hard to stay asleep.

Overall, an excellent stay! I especially enjoyed the attention to details - the little "extras" which were not really necessary for efficient operation - but, the cumulative effect of the "extras" provided a much more enjoyable stay. Overall, this location is an excellent place to stay overnight.

My room was near the elevator... and the elevator cables made a "clacking" sound as the elevator "car" went up and down.

Breakfast was great with Lots of options. However, I would highly recommend adding more Healthy protein options. Hard boiled eggs, high protein Greek yogurt (Dannon isn't a good choice) and protein oatmeal packs.

The stay was great overall. The mattress on the pull out bead in our family suite was very lumpy and thin. There are a few places around the facility that are worn and outdated (eg: the elevator). All in all very great location with friendly staff and we would stay there again.

We stayed in #119. The beds were super comfortable and room was very clean. Love the Dove shower products, too.

The location of our room was near the public restroom and the back hall exiting the building, so it was kinda noisy. They were doing some construction midmorning of our departure, too. There were no valet carts available to carry our belongings in & out.

It was clean.Saw some wear and tear in the bathroom on the edge of the shower that could be fixed. Location worked well and staff was nice.

I’m accustomed to having the room cleaned, bed made and new towels daily. We only had the do not disturb up when we were in the room.

the building and rooms seem brand new... they keep everything clean and up to date. the bed came with a few extra pillows of various density so I coukd find one just right for me. Breakfast was better than most.. simple but enough variety.
